why the tank drinks at least 20 whole eggs a day

Protein powders kill me. I just switched to liquid egg whites instead. 100 grams of protein for 5 bux. Add it to Fairlife Chocolate milk and it's 40g protein 20g carbs for pre and post workout and helps me hit my protein goals.

Feel like a dumbass for not thinking of it before now. No more putrid odoriferous emanations to laugh about at work though.

I don't even buy proteinpowder any more. Switched to eggs and egg whites instead of shakes and more red meat.

Idk if yall haven't heard of this company before but ill post it io for anyone who might be interesed in the liquid egg whites. This is where imma start getring mine by the bulk. I think its kinda bs that they make you buy the pump instead of givin it to you with your first order smh lol but what we gonna do hahah...... http://www.eggwhitesint.com/store.php?crn=66

Been having 2 cups egg whites and 6 whole eggs with my shakes for the past few months now and just wondering how the fuck can you drink 20 at a time, I mean do you add fruit or anything that adds flavours to yours?

I'd just add the eggs to a regular protein shake and why not add oats and fruit too?

yeah I use flavoured protein powder, fruit and oats. But couldn't imagine 20 whole eggs in it, the egg flavour would just overpower it for me.
Maybe 20 eggs in like 3 or 4 shakes a day is more like it. My biggest shake container holds 35 oz :)
