I'm the same way have to buy them too big and use a belt and they get all bunched up in the front and look stupid. Other than at work me and my wife always wear gym clothes lolI got a pair of wrangler jeans for work. I had to get the waist like 3 inches bigger than my actual waist measurement. Ripped two pairs of pants while at work when I tried to wear my actual size...otherwise I'm usually in sweatpants and so is my girlfriend so it's a win win.

Levis 541 athletic fit ain't too bad a bit snug but I have 26" thighs and a 32" waist so only so much you can ask for. Recently switched over to wearing Jon calls stretchy athletic pants for my everyday stuff and I've got a pair of lulu lemon pants that look very formal and can get away with those even on a button shirt
Jujimufu pants – AcrobolixGood taste but those Lulus are spendy! I buy tailored for less than that amount of dough.
I've got 25" thighs and 34" waist with a 33" inseam - and I'm trying to avoid the really baggy poly blend sweats. Hoping to find somewhat fitted 100% cotton pants.
Curious about your athletic pants, it's getting cold so I need to wear something other than shorts. What exactly is "Jon calls" stretchy athletic pants? I can't find anything close to that name.
Walmart.
I cant relate to the problem, even when i was a fat piece of shit at 350 pounds i never had an issue finding pants that fit haha.
I wear the $20 wrangler pants that has the pockets on the legs. It's the only kind that'll fit...
