Meso Community Fall/Winter '16 Bulk

Week 5 of 1.2g sust, 600 deca, 600 EQ/wk with 30mg dbol, 10u humalog, 2iu gh preworkout. Started around 195 and have pushed up to 206 already. Most likely water weight but 203 is the highest I got to last blast so happy to be pushing the weight up so quickly.

Strength is going up quick, training MD style running pain and suffering program and loving it. Only training 4 days/wk, 0 cardio!!!.

Killing the diet, eating to my plan everyday which is more cals than I have ever pushed.

So far so good other than getting some killer heartburn which is weird because I usually only get heartburn from tren. Waking up in the night to take tums and have to take them before bed also. Can't pinpoint yet what's giving me the heartburn because I have never gotten it before with these compounds. Right now the heart burn is keeping me from wanting to up the doses.
 
Update. My winter bulknis almost 8 weeks in. Only up about 6lbs due to caloric issues, but its all quality weight. Also getting stronger.

On my last blast I thought I was maxed out on calories I would be able take in with clean food and was stuck at 203. This time I am adding in calories with OJ, Gatorade, muffins, bagels, cereals, etc. Pushing higher carbs than ever around workouts. So much easier to take in large amount of quick digestible calories. I'm learning as I go and that has been the ticket for me to continue growing.

I wasnt feeling great, but Ive been staying with my parents for about 2.5 weeks (Got 1 week until my place is ready). So its hard for my to get groceries and cook how I usually do. Been kind of getting cals however I can. Ill still have 7 weeks (if not more) to get my cals right though.

Gotcha, I could see how that could throw you off. Good luck brother and take advantage of those last 7+ weeks. I refuse to allow myself to stall out this bulk. Plan to up cals again next week.
 
Im perfectly content being OFF ATM. That long ass tren cycle was difficult and im satisfied to not be sweating all the time any more.
Currently experimenting with my cruise dose. This is one of the lowest doses ive ran on a cruise. Right now its only 200mg every 7th day. Doing alright sexually and size wise and strength wise. This will give me a chance to donate and get my BP right.
Was gonna cut off cycle but im still eating as much as i can. Starting a strength oriented program and gonna chase some power numbers without the enhancement.
Goals:
1)495 lb front squat. Gotta work on my flexibility so i can sink them hips to the floor. Just like the Olympians
2) 405 incline barbell
3) 405 bent barbell row

So thats what im doing.

3rd in class. I'm happy with it. Not bad for a first show. Let the gains begin.

Don't go all crazy eating everything in sight... Slowly add calories the next few weeks.

I had a good coach and a very long and slow prep so i shouldn't have a crazy rebound. I had every intention of staying strict while I get my cals back up over the next month. Well I that didn't last long. I pretty much have eaten everything in sight. Still haven't had pizza yet but I'm up 10 lbs. Still vascular, still have definition in my abs. Started my bulk supps this morning.
 
I have went from 205-225 with deca 600 and test 600. I have 6 weeks left. I am going to do Tren after and EQ with anadrol at 6 weeks to harden up until the summer. I am pumped.
 
Got some sort of food poisoning or stomach virus a couple days ago. Lost 10 lbs in one night puking and shitting my guts out. Trying to get food in but it's not digesting properly.
