I like the Ezekiel English muffins soo much more. The toast always gets super dry for me.
Damn I'll have to find those. Right now I eat one Thomas blueberry English muffin with my oats and eggs every morning.

It's been really great. I've been enjoying the 3x a week back routines right now... I like how he phases that shit, JUST close to overtraining. My legs were shot after those weeks, man.Sentinel is a badass routine. Twice now it made me tap. Both on leg days
Feeling pretty defeated ATM.
I think the problem is im using too high of a working weight and im just spent. I didnt even make it to the hack squats drop seats of death today (week 3). Been fighting off nausea ever since
Hows it treating you?
I was wondering if you had to dial it back too. It is challenging. So im not the only one. It's been really great. I've been enjoying the 3x a week back routines right now... I like how he phases that shit, JUST close to overtraining. My legs were shot after those weeks, man.
You may be working a bit too hard, I had to dial it down a little, too. I'm pretty good with the RPEs, but I probably push a bit too far as well. I think our diets and gear will compensate for that.... It would be way worse if we were natural.
I did, just a little bit. I'm trying to really stay within those RPEs and keep the form nice and tight... It's a new experience for me, but I think it's helping my overall training knowledge and ability.I was wondering if you had to dial it back too. It is challenging. So im not the only one.
Currently im as close to natty as ive ever been since well, my natty days. Just 200mg every 7th day of test. It is not the same as a cycle and im feeling it everywhere. But i feel good and healthy which means some thing!
I like the setup alot. Its legs 3x a week but not all quads. A whole lot of hamstring and glute work. Which is some thing im not used too. And yes i agree, it does help my training knowledge alot. Always learning new things and why im doing these new things. Glad you introduced me to JM!I did, just a little bit. I'm trying to really stay within those RPEs and keep the form nice and tight... When you're done, I want you to consider trying his Annihilation Wave... It changed the way I trained forever. Nothing has ever given me such insane results in the time it did, it would be great for a blast. Sentinel has been a ton of fun, too.I like the setup alot. Its legs 3x a week but not all quads. High frequency training buddyHappy monday, boys and girls!
Well, hmm, let's talk a moment about "over training". Well, is it real? I think the answer is both yes, and know. I used to think training a body part 3x a week, except calves and abs, was ludicrous.... I honestly used to perform more of the Dorian Yates style training, 1x a week and MURDER that muscle... My results were good, and I certainly grew. A while back I moved into training some groups more often, such as legs and biceps. I would do legs 2x a week, and bis 2x a week as well. This would largely look like one heavy/overall focus day, and one "pump" or isolated day (quads, for example over "legs" altogether). Now, this was pretty darn effective for me.... But, wait, it gets better!
For a few months now, I have been doing John Meadows 2 newest programs, The Gauntlet and now Sentinel... Sentinel had me doing legs 3x a week for the first (I think) 4 weeks.... This brought me REALLY close to actually feeling "overtrained", but, I made it. The results were fucking phenomenal, truly, they were. Now, I am on my 3rd week of 4 with heavy back focus, 3x a week as well. You'd think this is too much, and it would be if I never "deloaded" or gave that group a rest... But HAMMERING it for those 4 or so weeks, from every angle, every method, ever RPE etc has been fucking unreal... I mean, truly unreal. The visible differences in my back within the last few weeks are truly astonishing.... My back has widened literally an inch or two on each side, this is NOT an exaggeration... Some people like @GearGodess and @Eman have been able to see much more "intimately" what these rapid changes have looked like, and I have been very shocked. This may be the ultimate way to train, that I've found, so far.
Next will be chest 3x a week for 4 weeks... After all of that, I will deload and go back to the "heavy" overall training with focus on "weak" body parts for 10 or so weeks. Then, I will almost CERTAINLY hop back into a program like this.
Guys, this shit is ridiculous. The pic isn't the best, but honestly, I took one real quick when I noticed the changes...

I've always trained with frequency, you know? But, 3x a week on a particular group is VERY new to me.... I'm not sure at what point it makes sense to deload, then do it again? Maybe the 4 week mark like JM does? He's figured something out....High frequency training buddy
JM uses 1 bodypart on high frequency at a time for 4 weeks at a timeI've always trained with frequency, you know? But, 3x a week on a particular group is VERY new to me.... I was talking with @weighted chinup a while ago about him possibly putting together an experimental/custom program for me to try.... I think we both sort of forgot about it... But, I'd be interested stillJM uses 1 bodypart on high frequency at a time for 4 weeks at a time
WC uses high frequency on all body parts 3-4 weeks at a time
Neither of these 2 guys invented high frequency training. But it is interesting to see the huge difference between the two's ideology

To me, JM and guys like B-Pak are the average guy's BB'ers... Nothing crazy genetics wise, just HARD HARD work and a lot of intelligence behind their actions... To me, that's way more interesting.many weight lifting and powerlifting programs will do something very similar when the frequency is very high. work on lifts for 3-4 weeks deload week then back at it for another 3-4weeks, deload etc etc
JM is a very smart man overall and ive learned a ton of nutritional info from his writings.

I have been keeping up with WP pretty closely through his cycle and I have to say, the guy is serious about what he's doing here and is reaping the rewards of his devotion.
Keep it up @Wunderpus !!
