A bit about me

Hi there the names Bran from Ireland have been training for just over 6 years now have competed at national power lifting competitions. I competed at 67kg so over last few months have been trying to put on some extra weight up to 80kg now and would like to hit 90 before I cut see how much lean mass I gained. Started using PEDs in may of this year and have been on since cruiseing and trying different drugs all the ones I tried so far have been for bulking for example dbol, Decca, test. At a point now where I finding it hard to get past 80 so I am going to kick it up a notch in regards to training, nutrition and sups.

Well that's where I'm at just said I'd say hi have had great help form the fourm your information is top notch.

If anyone wants any more info on my lifestyle, training or supplements just ask be happy to share.

Welcome. Main reason I don't grow is I can't eat enough to grow. Keep eating for weight my man.

Yeah I have same problem it's like my body just does not want to grow past a certain point and starts effecting my appetite to stop me. I will just have to keep eating I also think I wasn't eating enough at each meal only about 600kcals so going to try eat 1,000 with each meal see how it goes hopefully I won't get to fat haha. Thanks for the replies.
 
I'm 171cm think that's about 5'7. When I competed at 67kg my numbers were S170 B100 D210
Now B130 S190 D230 that's with no powerlifting training for about a year have been focusing more on growth.
I will check it out for sure thinking of competing again next year.
 
Good numbers for that weight. At 5'7" you can definitely fill out to 90kg, just gotta eat and eat more. Eating enough all the time is harder than training in my experience
