What's up brothers, about to start my third cycle and have been doing a lot of research this past year. Just came across this site, browsing the forums and it looks like this place is the place to be (the real deal). So looks like it's time to read on and get to where I need to be. Until then, here I am!!

Welcome to Meso.
Well that was a few months back. Summer! I injured my neck at work and lost a 60grand a year job, so was dealing with a bout of depression....anyway, it's time for me to get back on the fucking horse and ride!

That was about three months bro. I had recently after that lost my job and hit a state if depression for awhile...eating like shit...drinking every day...and just not hitting the weight pile. So I declined fast. I was in the "I don't give a fuck anymore" attitude. Well that shit isnt me, so it's time to get back under the iron.
We are built of iron, and we must forge ourselves!
So here I am. I found Meso, and am pumped to get back at it and learn as much as I can from this board.

This is about where I'm at now. My BF% definitely is back up and I've lost size. But oh well, I snap back fast. Its all discipline and I'm an all or nothing kinda dude! If I can lose about 20-25 lbs of fat and put on 20 lbs of solid muscle, I'll be happy. I'm 5' 9" @ 220ish right now. In my profile pic I was 215. I don't care about a six pack. I want huge and to lift a fucking truck!
ANY and ALL constructive criticism is welcome, brothers.

This was from beginning of June to September of this year. So between 3 & 4 months. Love seeing the progress in the mirror and feeling it in the strength of my lifts.
Time to get back on the iron horse.

You do any competing in powerlifting or strongman or have any plans to?
I haven't no. I am not in it for competition just my own self gratitude and for a healthy hobby.
I'm definitely going to be looking into some strongman routines though, just to mix it up. Shit I do crossfit for a a month here and there, just to switch.it up and keep my agnosticism. Gotta keep the body challenged and always guessing what's next.
 
A guy at my gym has his own strongman equipment. If our schedules were compatible I'd try to get in with him once a week, but unfortunately they aren't. I've tried it a few times and it was a blast.
