No!! Fucking read, research, then keep up to date. If you want to be spoon fed go pay for a trainer.
I really hate that word, everyone now claims to have some "mentor" and if you ask me its basically saying "I'm a pussy who can't do it on my own" fuck having a mentor, have some balls!!!

If you put some research time in and then have questions you need answered a lot of members are pretty helpful. Don't be lazy. Put some work in. The bulk of what you need can be found with the search bar.

The search function on Meso just plain sucks. If you want to research, use a real search engine(google). It may very well lead you to the Meso thread you needed to read anyway.
There's no way anyone can teach you what's taken them years to learn and perfect. Knowing what to take and when to take it largely depends on how you respond to aas and pct compounds

I show them the way to do things, I'm not their mentor. I'm someone who lays out what needs to be done and it's up to them to follow the battle plan. If they fall off then tough shit, I'm not someones shoulder to cry on or their Dr. fucking Phil, they either want to be a warrior or stay happy being a pussy. But to consider myself a mentor? How full of yourself and pompous would you need to be? That's the problem with the world now, everyone has a fucking ego that gets in the way off anything else. There is a difference between a coach and a mentor. A coach shows you how to do something, a mentor is like a big brothers big sisters program. Fuck mentors!!! Every pussy out there now talks like "ooohhh he's my mentor, I have a mentor, I suck my mentors dick every night."

@trackstar19 its called teach a guy to fish and i have done research i just want the best advice from pros so i dnt potentially harm my self. i thought it was the duty of the older (wise) or more experience to pass down knowledge to prevent a generation of know it all. at least im humble enough to inquire.

@MindlessWork @Les tbh when i search and do research a lot of the data in biased and doesnt really address certain things as for as weight and proper dosage to prevent certain alignments in the future. i just info i can decipher without being medically inclined.

If you have specific questions you can throw them out and there are a lot of very knowledgeable members that will answer them. If you need it laid out for you from A-Z I believe Eman is correct when he says you'd need to hire someone.
