So there has been some attacks on CDNGUY for posting up some PMs.
I don't think these attacks are really fair because there has yet to be any rules that I am aware of regarding third parties posting private messages between other members publicly.
I think this little poll could be helpful, so just cast your vote and we'll see what the general consensus is.

If the issue warrants it, then absolutely. But, make sure that you are in the right. If you post up a PM and you're in the wrong, then you'll never be trusted again. It's almost like playing with fire!

It's an unwritten rule. It's private. If both parties agree to make it not private, then it's okay.

Short of a credible death threat it's private. I have been here for going on 17 years and no one has ever died over a post on meso. Sometimes it is better to talk directly with another member and better explain any differences you may have rather than go on the board. Be adults and talk things over before we sling shit like 5 year olds in a food fight.

My ideas of justifiable reporting would be a scammer or someone threatening the privacy of others. Like I said, it's definitely playing with fire. But I totally agree with you! We should all act like adults here. Unfortunately not everyone shares our sentiment.
