It doesn't seem like it man.
Someone should forsure make one, take a 1% cut on every transaction. And enjoy the early retirement.

Coinbase keeps asking me to verify my ID but the link never goes anywhere. It's really frustrating not being able to buy any bitcoin. It will let me sell though. Circle was so much easier.
If you are using an apple device that is the problem. For some reason the verification process with coinbase does not work with iOS. I just used my buddies computer to verify identity and was good

I just started using mycelium. There is a tab where you can buy or sell bitcoin locally person to person. You just send a message and go from there.
