Hello everybody. I'm a 26 year old environmental scientist who has been weight training for upwards of 5 years. When I first began, I was a heavy drinker and used drugs quite frequently. I ate like shit but still seemed to maintain an above average physique for the hell I was putting myself through. A bad breakup and some time away from bad influences made me reevaluate my life and come to the realization that lifting is a passion for me and pushing myself to keep working on my body was something that could bring legitimate joy to my life and keep me away from all of the negatives I used for 10+ years.
Anyways, I currently sit at 5'11" and 185lbs. My body fat sits at around 11% but I am currently trying to get it a little lower before I begin my first cycle. I know I'm new here, but if anyone needs some inspiration or just needs some help to align their priorities and get off the booze and drugs I'm available to chat. I also understand that there is a potential to abuse cycling, but I believe if I was able to quit things that had a grasp on me for ten years I will have the control to cycle responsibly.
I hope to interact with everyone in the future and look forward to all of your insights and experience to assist me through any future questions I may have!
