So I've been thinking and was wondering if anyone here writes put training regiments for people? Kind of getting bored of my own. I'm sure someone on here enjoys doing this kind of thing.

I enjoy it and have pretty good success with programming. It would be strictly powerlifting though, not sure if that's your thing. You said you run an average BB split in that other thread and it wouldn't be anything like that.

Yeah man I do mostly BB but incorporate powerlifting into it. I like to focus on major lifts.

I really think that's awesome you guys do shit like this for members, so refreshing compared to all the dick measuring contest on meso lately!

I'd be happy to advise on the powerlifting portion of it. I wouldn't be the one to ask about the bodybuilding training though.

Hey! I take offence to that I can compete in the dick measuring contest with the best of em on meso!

There are a select few ugly bastards who have been subjected to either mine or perrins programming and some who have been subjected to both at the same time and they seem to do alright. Perrin is far better with consistency and powerlifting portion of it but I ain't half bad at making athletes that push decent amount of weight. Are you looking for more of a personalized program OP or you looking to be pushed in the direction of a good program for your goals cause from my very little knowledge of you (literally only look at things I'm tagged in lately so thank @franchise24 for that) you'd be a good candidate for layne nortons PH3

Yeah, I second the PH3 thing. Never ran it myself, but I've read about it and heard from a few on here that like it.

I am an athlete over everything so your program might not be bad. My goals are to have a good physique but be functional and athletic and strong on the major lifts.

It really is swell. Couple of good guys they are.

I can vouch for the bear, he's been whipping me into shape with great results, and I've never trained under perrin but he is a strong mofo so he obviously does somethin right.

Yea, I'm going to need a little help myself. Getting in my first push/pull in March and I have no fucking clue how to go about these last 8 weeks of training!

I have been doing this one for the last 8 weeks... I know they say to stop at 4 but I didn't feel as though I had done it enough just yet. Gained about 23 lbs in that time and strength has gone up considerably. I didn't do the long breaks though. I push it through the entire workout with minimal breaks (thirty seconds at most).

Side note: I have gotten a bit of pain in my left elbow but I'm gonna try and walk that one off.

Thanks I may give this a try

Pretty bad ass workout bro. Give it a shot but don't go all out on weight until you get an idea of how much you can do to be able to finish the workout.

Hey I'm confused on the formatting of the workouts. It says 2 min rest is that between sets or exercises
