That is awesome bro. My wife and I will be moving into our new house this April. Going throw a big ass house warming. My parents will be coming down from NY. Going to have them bring some good NY authentic Italian food.
Now the wife finishes it off with a homemade Tiramisu Cheese Cake. If she made this every week my diet would be shot. The flavor is unbelievable

Congrats on the new house! I just bought some property and now will begin the process of building me and the wife's "forever" home.
If there's gonna be food like that don't forget my invite! I'll bring a bunch of craft beer! Craft beer is huge down here.

We weren't playing on buying property. But our real estate agent said to hurry up and buy before 2017. We got some property not to far from Sun Trust Park. The value of the property is already increasing. We want to buy more as rental property.

That's nice when you go into the property with some equity. Your definitely in a hot market for real estate. A few years ago I bought 6 acres just east of gainsville. It's just a chill spot surrounded by woods. To go hang out, shoot and atv and do nothing. Building a cabin right now just finished a gazebo. The first thing I've ever built and I'm proud of it lol. Me my son and my buddy who I split the purchase of property with.
That's nice bro. You need those chill spots. Clear your mind and get away from all the BS.
