Math and Physics People on AAS

Metric makes more sense for sure, but I still think in imperial for everything though. Have to take a second to convert in my head to metric.

Room temperature works for me in Fahrenheit, and doing basic construction work (2x4, 2x6, 4x8 etc) - and weight lifting - but with any serious measurement, I'm ISO all the way. I have my car set to Celsius, it's German FFS, don't want it to puke.

I have seen a study that actually showed steroid users tend to have lower test scores than non steroid users. Issues with "brain fog" and memory. Who knows if it's actually the steroids or the plethora of other pharmaceuticals we take to manage our steroid use.
I think it's sample bias - you have to control for general jockishness (jocks aren't known for their brains), and education levels (most people who lift are more of the blue collar types).

So I was just working on some Abstract Algebra homework when my mind started to drift. Now I'm wandering if there are any math and physics students here who cycle. I'm also wandering if the juice impacted their study routine in any significant way.
Funny you should ask
I was in the middle of building my quantum molecular space autonomous banana wagon for the national republic of uruguay when i stumbled upon a steroid. And i thought to myself how sweet it would be to like, get jakked. That was then. Now im just a mediocre brown cab driver who settled for muscles over brains.

Well, how about a link....?

This Harvard study came to the opposite conclusion, ie that testosterone HELPS mental abilities.

Testosterone may improve mental function - Harvard Health

In older guys that is.

That article is based on normal physiological levels of test. Were all on super physiological levels of test, and other powerful steroids. I definitely feel a little bit of brain fog when I blast, I'm also a walking boner, with a one tract mind. Lift, fuck, shit, fuck, eat, fuck, sleep repeat.

Ha ha, that's the perpetual challenge, isn't it, there really are no studies done on supra-physiological levels.

The referenced Harvard study suggests that too little test, ie whatever most natural males older than 45 or so have, is detrimental to mental capabilities.

That's interesting - I looked into that and found this about the study:

"Study
Testosterone and its metabolites estradiol and DHT offer protection against Alzheimer's. That's why Ma and Lui wondered what effect trenbolone has on the formation of amyloid-beta-42. They gave mice 5 injections of trenbolone over a 48-hour period. The human equivalent of the doses the researchers used would be about 0.85 mg per kg bodyweight."

I've highlighted the last sentence - 0.85mg/kg bodyweight.

That's the equivalent of 82mg for someone like me @97kg. Not clear if that's per pin? If so, 5 shots turn into 412mg over a 48 hour period. Ca 400mg - or 1,400mg/week, which is a very high dose of Tren indeed. I'd imagine the sides would be rather nasty at that level.

I noticed that a minuscule amount of Tren bumped up the amyloid-beta-42 quite significantly, but then it required adding 25X as much tren to increase the amyloid-beta-42 level by as much again. That looks peculiar - ref image below:

linktrenbolonealzheimers.gif

"Conclusion
"Since damages of neurons may occur much earlier than the clinical symptoms of neurodegenerative disorders, exposure to trenbolone should be regarded as a high risk environmental factor in Alzheimer's disease onset" "

Thankfully no Alzheimer's in my family.

Can't say I'm much wiser after reading this.

You would like my little brother man. Kid's a wiz at math.

This...
But everyone wants to get jacked.

That's cool... Does he go to school for it? School kinda takes all of the fun out of it... I think that's why I bought all this gear. Now I just kind of look at it and talk my self out of it haha.

The most distracting thing would most definitely be my libido on certain cycles. I'm very glad I didn't juice during my college years, I was already pussy distracted during that time and pussy was my sole purpose for a higher education.
I think most men are distracted by pussy in a way or another to be honest. And, honestly, I haven't taken this into consideration yet-- the whole being too horny to concentrate.

I think the people used in the study might have used all sorts of gear for many years. I don't think they controlled for what kind of steroids the people had used in the past. As the other examples in the thread show, the researches would have had to hash out an immaculate cycle history on the users to reach any accurate conclusions.
I'm probably just rationalisng so I can hop on cycle, though--lol.

Yeah it's his major.
And he tutors math usually calculus and physics.

Haha I even bought him 2 big ass school size white boards for Xmas a couple years ago and he has them up in his room with a bunch of math shit on em that doesn't make any sense.

That's awesome bro! We all love those, haha. Sounds like a smart dude!

All kinds of steroids for many years or not, what does it matter, if it correlates low test scores to steroid use regardless. I'm not gonna stop using gear though. Fuck that lol.

I have a PhD in an Engineering field and work in computational mathematics..does that count?

If one controls estrogen I doubt those things would be an issue. I am older and having higher testosterone seems to actually help me concentrate/focus which is one of the reasons many people go on TRT.
