TRT - blood work results on 75mg Test Cyp, E3D

Well, there's truth to that - but I've been told by the TRT doc that some people aromatize Test a lot more than others, so I think it might be up to each individual to find their right balance?

To your point about too much test - this is why I'm drawn to non-aromatizing compounds such as Tren. I think I aromatize too much, around 400mg per week the sides get substantial. With Tren instead and with Test at TRT level, I'm in much better shape.
What is your Bf%? If you get lean enough you might be able to drop the AI

your quote was supposed to be here

(You have an odd way of typing in the quotes)

About E2 being best for you at 25, yeah perhaps that would be better than the 33.7 I had, I did feel ever so slightly over-emotional watching a movie the night before. We'll see what happens as I adjust test down to 60mg E3D instead, that ought to drop E2 a bit.

You are right but the biggest factor in aromatizing is body fat. The more body fat the more aromatase

I have that in my first post too - it's around 13%. I recall when I started TRT, when I was more like 17-18%, then I felt the sides a lot more, so there's definitely truth to leaner being better when taking gear. It's not for fat people.

You are pretty lean so you just aromatize more than others.

Body fat is not the biggest factor in aromatization.
It may be the biggest factor, but it's certainly not the only factor. Controlling E2 is the most important part of my successful TRT. So if I need to take a very low dose of an AI to keep my E2 in the sweet spot I'm doing it!

I definitely know that if I use 400 or more test per week, I really have to adjust the AI meds significantly. I need much more then, and my left ankle gets a "crinkly" feeling if I don't get it right.

I'm fearful of dropping E2 too much, I try to manage it so it's on the higher end of the good range. It helps that I don't get any gyno effects.

What is your estradiol without an AI? Have you attempted other methods to control E2 without he use of an AI?

I can tell I'm in the right range based on how many days I have morning wood.

I have not tried to manage E2 without an ai. My doc prescribed 200mg/week when I started. Plus 500iu of hcg. So I was taking 1mg of adex and my E2 was pretty high. I slowly and methodically started to reduce my T cyp dose. I went to 160mg then to 140 then 120 then 100 and now to 80mg/week. As you can imagine, my E2 was all over the place as I fiddled with the dosage. At 80mg I was taking 0.75mg of adex. That dropped my E2 to 13 so too low. Now I'm going to reduce my T cyp to 70mg and reduce my adex to 0.4mg and monitor after a month or so depending on how I feel.

70mg/wk in one injection or 35mg twice a week? At that low of a dose you could seriously consider getting rid of the AI completely. IMO, you should try 70mg/wk for 4-6wks without the adex and see how bloods look and how you feel.

My E2 and TRT dose story is similar to KeithO's. I'd have to look at blood work from the very first TRT panels to see that.

I've gradually reduced the Test baseline and same with the Adex. Now I'm cutting pills in quarters - originally I took 0.5mg 2x per week. Now it's 0.25mg E3D. And the blood work looks just right, probably will be even better now that I've dropped a smidge to 60mg E3D from 75mg E3D.
