Do you have diabetes? You worry about your blood sugar more than a diabetic.
And if a diabetic needs to test their blood sugar through a BLOOD test, then how the hell you goin just by "feel."

Actually yes, I bring prepared food with me every day. I meal prep for the week every Sunday.
You should be prepared, at least have a healthy snack on hand, if you take your training seriously.

And btw if someone asked me about my diet i would tell them. The point of the log is about the experience of the drugs interaction with my body. Period.

The trouble with that is, not every positive review is positive for the right reasons.
Speaking in general here, not about you or whatever/whoever this company is. (i can't keep track of them all.)
There have been many instances of people giving positive feedback only because they're getting something in exchange.
It's a crazy game.
So many people have an agenda, so many that, it's hard to tell when a positive review is nothing more than a customer that's satisfied.
In reality, if nobody we're to speak up, every source, even the shit bag scammers would have post after post of g2g.
It's a necessary evil that can be taken to an extreme, much like anything else.
IMO if someone has tried a product and had a negative experience by all means share it, but if honest positive experiences start getting scrutinized and ridiculed (by people who haven't tried the product) then it gives less incentive for anyone to post their honest experience - they feel they'll be mis-called out for being a shill etc.

It's a slippery slope and no matter how honest a review may be, there will always be someone that comes along and calls bullshit.
As frustrating as it may be, It's par for the course, so to speak and will likely always be that way.

The problem that you are COMPLETELY omitting is the fact that people report PLACEBO effects as product effects whether it be positive or negative.
With the reviewer posting his MK-677 "log": there is absolutely ZERO evidence he posts of anything! So this is really not a log. He is merely posting his placebo effects and nothing he reports can be accounted by the compound utilized because there are no OBJECTIVE measures!
He "claims" his blood sugar is low. Bullshit. Take a glucose meter and give me a NUMBER. I think your sugar is fine and you are wrong.
You "feel" the MK-677 working. Bullshit. Get a pre and post igf-1 test and give me NUMBERS. I think the MK-677 is NOT working but you just want it to work so bad that you attribute ANYTHING to it right now.
The reported "effects" may or may not be the cause of the MK-677. Maybe he just trains harder because now "he's got the special sauce in the mix." Maybe he is now paying attention to his body more and attributes any little thing to the MK-677 (low blood sugar without a test anyone?)
The purpose is not to bash, but to point out that the people providing reviews of this nature are not substantial as they are not evidence based.
