I buy bitcoins from private traders. It's anonymous, there's no restrictions on quantity, and only takes an hour or two to receive them. The only downside is that it's slightly more expensive, but I feel it's worth the price.

The guy I buy from has his own website/exchange, and it's always a swift purchase, but don't think he trades outside my country.

I would also love a solution as Coinbase is fucking retarded. My bank transfers take 5 days and actually none of them have worked. I can't add a card for instant purchase cause they can't keep track of their verification deposit amounts.
