Did a push pull day and loved it might make myself a program that does one day legs shoulders the next oly then a push pull day.

Deadlift 315x5 405x3 475x1 550x1 405x5
Bench press 225x6 275x3 315 3x1 225 3x12
Pull-up/push-up/GHR 10/15/10 repeat 10 times
Stretch


That'll be my last lifting session for probably a week gotta get some minor health stuff taken care off that will take the iron away from me for a little bit and then once I come back I'll be lifting 3x a week for strength maintenance then swimming 2x a week and I'll go into a 700 calorie deficit until I get down to around 180lbs cause I'm holding more fat then I'd like and I need to get in better callisthenic shape for the summer activities I plan on doing
 
Had surgery today, gonna be out from lifting for over two weeks now it seems maybe more as there were slight complications but we shall see. Anyways I doubt I'll be very active on here during recovery as I'm looped up on narcotics and antibiotics.
 
Looking on day 3 of recovery, having quite a few issues with sleep my throats is too closed up I keep choking when I'm relaxed. Then the great part is I can barely get water down let alone food so I've had one bowl of vanilla pudding in 56 hours but the narcotics are making me have no appetite anyways so the only thing is I know I'm kidding my hard earned work right now.

Hopefully I'll have some good news Monday after the post op check up

Thanks man, just sucks not being able to get any food down besides vanilla pudding, I'm trying to drink egg whites for protein but it's hard to get anything in. Tried lowering my meds dose to be more coherent but that didn't go well so I'll just be riding out the doctors orders for the next two weeks
 
Well I'm down 7 pounds since Wednesday, it's hurting to not be able to eat at all but it is what it is. The meds take care of appetite issue so I'm not in pain but I hate seeing my work waste away.

Plus side my airway is now completely cleared and they have taken out the medical packing out of my nasal canal so I can breath out of my nose which is amazing. Gross alert, in taking out the packing they tore a vein in my nose and literally ripped a vein out it looked like a worm and the doctors responds was that I didn't need it! Like hello doc that was in there for a reason cmon!

Also fuck Canadian health care they said my script looked fake so now I don't have any fucking meds for the night and have to go back to the specialist tomorrow or pharmacy and bitch them out

Over here in the good ol' u s of a always praise Canada for their free healthcare, from what I've heard from you and cndguy seems like they still have their share of issues though.
 
Alright first workout since the 13th hurting still and my body felt incredibly weak.

Squats 225 4x6
Bench press 205 3x8
Romanian deadlift 225 4x6

That's it, lots of stretching and mobility but I don't have the energy or strength to do more. Going to be cutting from 195lb to about 175-170 in the next 3 months then I'll be doing a lean bulk in the last 6 weeks of my powerlifting prep then 2 weeks beyond and then a cut all the way until a BB show then pretty much just maintain a size around 170-175lb year round. I've decided regardless of outcome I'm making this my last powerlifting meet for the foreseeable future I've got a lot of other goals I want to do and can't dedicate as much time to the gym.

We got @RodgerThat getting out of the game, @Masters Power injured and @ROB581211 missing in action. We have a lot of excess weight to lift.

In due time the Bull will be bending some more bars brutha. Just gotta make sure the hardware in my vertebrae holds up this year through basic body building. I'm gonna spend some time in central Oregon soon. They have some of the best triathlons in the world here. I been wanting to do one for so long now. Life just keeps getting in the way. Relationship issues, parole issues, a major injury and a bunch of other little stupid shit life throws at the Bull.
