Pecs locking up even after extensive stretching

after lifting heavy on bench and stretching before and after I keep getting issues with them locking up when I reach backwards for days afterwards. Anything I can do besides stretch more to help ?
 
Locking up, like cramps? Are you taking any multis? I agree it sounds more like a nutritional issue, as opposed to a training problem.

Taking ton of crap. Multis super b complex omega3 garlic apple cider vinegar ginkgo bcaa plant proteins 175mg test p. No pre workout or caffeine or alcohol
Not like a cramp. Like a quick tightening rubber band for a sec when arm moves backwards Never cramp contracts though.
 
No never cycled anything before. Just trt. Never had any muscle issue like this before. Thank god it's not like a calf cramp. Got some health issues to work out but may cycle one day when I've gotten closer to natty peak
 
I get that when I'm low on water. Are you drinking enough? How about potassium, maybe try adding some extra....creatine also helps for me, I used to cramp so bad on anavar I just dropped on the floor.
 
When I come across a problem I usually just add more weight.

What your describing kind of sounds like a muscle spasm of some kind.
 
potassuim possibly,Ill have to check the multis im taking for that,Drink plenty of water,This isnt like a spasm,only happens when i move my arm back quickly to reach back,when muscle tightens,it has a temp tight lockup that doest allow the arm to move back,I stretch through it and its fine,but its getting old. Might have to lay off bench press for a while,laying down lifting heavy isnt working for me well anymore,Im getting pressure in my temples that lasts for days,and pressure in my stomach and throat from acid reflux,only happens on bench days.Getting old sucks
