Hey guys I'm new to this site, been reading a lot of threads here for a while now and finally gathered the balls to post something short and sweet thank y'all.
Been training for a few years now.
Started my first cycle in a couple of weeks gonna be running Pharmacom mix 3 and their dbol as well.
Any advise is very much appreciate it
I only weight 140
With very little body fat.
 
40%carbs, 40%protein and 20%fat is pretty standard. Carbs need to be adjusted based of your daily activity. Break the meals up into 6 meals. There are calorie calculator you can find they will ask about your workout, body weight, fitness goals and stuff like that. Eat clean. Simple at first (stay out of the middle aisles of the grocery store). And PLEASE be careful with the Dbol. That stuff will convert quick. AI run that with it for sure. Good luck and read a lot in here. These guys know their shit. Ask questions too, you may get bashed a bit but they won't let you get bitch tits.

14 weeks Test E or Test Cyp 500mg a week
hcg 500iu twice a week
aromasin on hand 6.25-12.5 ed if needed
pct 2-3 weeks after last shot nolva and clomid

You dont need dbol for a first cycle. And 140 is way too small to start AAS. Try to gain more naturally. How old are you?

You have a DFAC dude.... I would kill to have access to a DFAC again. I got so strong and shredded off those 3 meals a day and nothing else.
I trained a shit ton too, most of my days consisted of getting the shit smoked out of me until the sun set so we could finally start live fires.
 
Welcome to MESO. Just a simple Test E, or C at 500mg's/wk is good for a first cycle. Keep the mix and order just Test E, or C. Some do DBOL as a kick start, but really not needed. Don't forget pre cycle, mid cycle and post PCT blood work.

my first cycle ever was test p for 8 weeks gave me good gains for a bit but being in the field all the fucking time kills everything so I decided to wait now that I'm about to bounce out I can focus on my training , good cal intake and just actually get decent sleep not waking up 2-3 time a night to pull guard

Must suck to have been regular army.

Good luck on the other side. Find a good support group. Especially if you've deployed. Life sucks those first few months.

I've been really contemplating running the dbol now but I do have al on hand Ima be starting my cycle this upcoming Friday. Thanks a lot brotha i really do appreciate it. I will update everyone with a log.

It's my first cycle with anything other then test. My first ever cycle was simple test p for 8 weeks
But I've tried for a long long time to gain more weight then I naturally can I just have horrible horrible genetics and one of the quickest metabolisms most people will ever see I literally eat and will need to shit 20-30 mins later.
