Hey fellas, long time lurker. AAS have always fascinated me since the day I stepped into the gym to begin seriously training (nearly 6 years ago). After much research on the interwebs, I came to the conclusion that I needed to wait awhile to add the secret sauce to my recipe. It appears that time has come. I am an athlete, so I think that it may be beneficial for some to see the log I am going to post and the results I get in athletic enhancement as well as how my physique and overall strength improve. I will post a thread in cycle logs to keep those who are interested up to date on my progress, but for now, this is what I am running and what I have planned. Today is friday, and monday will mark the beginning of week 5.

current stats:
height: 6'4
weight: 250
body fat: 14%


1-12 sust (superior anabolic) 600mg/wk (.8cc m/w/f)
1-2 anavar (biotech) 50mg ed
3-8 anavar (biotech) 100mg ed
1-20 hgh (omnitrope) 4iu ed split into 2 doses
4-12 tren a (superior anabolic) 300mg/wk (1cc pinned m/w/f with sust)
8-18 HCG (compounded at pharmacy locally) 2000iu/wk (500iu eod)
14-16 nolva 40mg/ed (100mg day 1)
16-18 nolva 20mg/ed

I will outline my diet and training (very very meticulous and professionally planned) in my cycle log. I don't wanna post too much and annoy you all with my very first post!! I look forward to sharing my progress with everyone and being part of such a knowledgeable community.
 
Welcome and if you keep your estrogen in check you don't need caber you should research the side effects of it bad for the heart and expensive.

This is false. If you have prolactin issues its good to have caber on hand. Dont take unless you need to.

When I run Deca or Tren I always have caber on hand.

It's not false I'm not going to argue with you about it thou that would put me on a level that I'm not going. OP do your research brother I'm telling you the truth caber is wicked on your heart valves !

I'm not saying its not bad for the heart.

But your saying an AI will stop prolactin issues, and thats false. Maybe you need to do more research buddy.

That's not what I said I said if you control estrogen then you prolactin will not rise.

Not this shit again! @Ripped is right about it being hard on your heart valves but it most definitely 100% should be "oh hand" (lmfao) just incase you get prolactin sides.

@Broffseor that is the most radical first cycle I've ever seen. You've done some research! No stopping you now but as a disclaimer.... first cycle should always be Test!

I'd recommend cutting back the HCG to 250iu 2x week and running for the entire lengh of your AAS and come off of it before you PCT. Running at that high a dose might desensitize your leydig cells and you definitely don't want that. Especially since they should be pretty responsive because you've never cycled before.

I know its expensive but I'd run the HGH longer if possible. Running at 5days on 2days off can strech your stock and give pretty much the same results.

On a side note running Nolva during a 19nor cycle or while a longer ester 19nor is clearing your system can give you the opposite effect your trying to accomplish. Ie gives you boobies. You're running Tren-A which will clear your system in no time so no worries there.

Besides that have fun and hope you get great results! Oh and you already know about high protein clean diet yada yada yada.

And do you think 4iu of pharma grade is sufficient or should I bump the dose to 3 upon waking and three in the afternoon? I'll plan to cut back on the hcg and start dosing on Monday. Diet is squeaky clean [emoji16]

If you're running 4iu of pharmaceutical grade HGH that plenty from what I've researched. Mostly everyone recommends running it 6 months plus because it takes so long to start seeing the amazing benefits of HGH.

I've never done HGH before but I'm going to run it for 1 year @4 iu 5on 2off. Currently waiting on my 1100iu of HGH atm LOL. Hopefully will be here next week.

Oh and just a little more info check out running T3 vs T4 with HGH.

I'll definitely order some more growth in that case. A year sounds like a nice round number. I looked into running t3/t4 with the gh, but I thought that might be a little too much (as in too much fat loss too fast). I'll probably wait a few cycles and run it all together with some slin. I'm not trying to being crazy ripped right now anyways! Gotta keep a little meat on the bones for my sport [emoji1] I'm seeing pretty good results (awesome actually) with the anavar and diet for now, and by the end of next week that tren should be going to work. It's already got me sweating like a beast during my workouts!! I love the sleep I'm getting from the gh, but I'm guessing the tren is gonna go to work on that too by the end of the week haha. What should I be looking for to know when it's really kicking in?
 
When theTren starts working? You will awake lying in a damp puddle of sheets, heading to bathroom to piss, you'll swear you smell tren,as your brushing your teeth, you look up and see this guy with a toothbrush hanging out his mouth, and want to punch his lights out. :mad: workouts will become more intense, you will start adding plates 10lbs at a time.:) you will know. Welcome to MESO bro.
 
I'm already a sweaty person as is when I sleep. The gf is gonna hate it! Gotta start coming up with explanations before then [emoji38] I'm a pretty levelheaded person as is so I'm hoping the anger isn't an issue! thank you man, glad to be here @PIZZABOY

Oh the Tren ace is already kicking for sure especially if you're having night sweats. The longer you run it the more pronounced it will be. Be careful with the slin man. It can really fuck you up. I wouldn't mess with it and I have quiet a bit of experience. You're already jumping on an advanced cycle as it is. Baby steps man... baby steps.
