What's up guys, new member here (my intro is in the new member section if you want to know more about me!) and this will be my cycle log. I am currently in the fifth week of my cycle (well, monday starts week 5, today is friday).

current stats are:
Height: 6'4
Weight: 250
Body fat: 14%

nutrition:
Calories: 3350
Carbs: 285
Protein: 300
Goal: Add quality muscle mass/strength while getting closer to 12%, perhaps 10%.

My weight has hovered between 250-253 through the whole cycle so far depending on how much water I'm holding when I wake up, but fat losses and strength gains have been very noticeable. Forgot to mention that I am an athlete. I will not specify which sport for my own sake. I wasn't going to log this at all but I don't see many logs out from athletes. I feel like it could be beneficial for some to see, as I have not seen many logs by athletes. If you have any advice, I will gladly accept it and take it into consideration. I still learn new things all the time, and I have been a lurker for years. With all that said, here is my plan and what I have completed so far.

1-2 anavar (biotech) 50mg ed
3-8 anavar (biotech) 100mg ed
1-20 hgh (sandoz omnitrope) 4iu ed split into 2 doses
4-12 tren a (superior anabolic) 300mg/wk (1cc pinned m/w/f with sust)
8-18 hcg (compounded at pharmacy locally) 2000iu/wk (500iu eod)
14-16 nolva 40mg/ed (100mg day 1)
16-18 nolva 20mg/ed
caber on hand
adex on hand

I saw some minor strength gains through the first three weeks as well as some increased vascularity but nothing to write home about. Since the var has been at 100, I have really noticed some great effects. I really noticed the test beginning to hit me this week. Lifts all went up 10-15 pounds and I'm pushing more reps with that weight. All I have noticed from the tren so far (only three pins in) is increased sweating and maybe(?) a little extra vascularity. I think that might just be in my head though. The sust is very smooth to inject and the tren has been smooth so far also. Besides today... accidentally put weight on my quad after pinning when I hadn't taken the pin all the way out. shit fucking hurts! Till next time

Update: as per advice, I'm dropping the HCG to 250iu 2x/wk and starting protocol on Monday. Dropping it completely when PCT begins
 
Had some WEIRD fucking dreams last night, woke up cold and covered on sweat. No insomnia to speak of yet. Headed to the gym now. Breakfast was Karolyn, a cup of oats, and a cup of raw egg whites mixed with a scoop of platinum hydrowhey. I'm not great at getting real food down in the am lol

Did I miss how much Sust in there? Didn't see it. Quads can be painful, especially virgin muscle. 8 weeks is a long time to be on orals, yes even Var.

Sust is at 600, must've forgot to add that! My mistake. Quads haven't been bad until that shot, just tensed up the muscle a little while I still had the needle in it. rotating with glutes. I'm having bloods done next week, I'll determine whether or not I'll go the full 8 weeks when I get the results
 
Lifting at 7, chest/tri day number two of the week. this morning was two hours of training based around stability, balance, core strength and power (heart rate stays above 140 pretty much the whole time) followed by an hour of yoga. Appetite was decreased yesterday and is really starting to drop off today. Going to see how it goes through the weekend, and if it doesn't improve I'll add in b-12 injections 2 or 3 times/wk. it always raises my appetite. If anyone has suggestions as to how I can improve my appetite, please let me know. Really starting to feel the tren, my patience for dumb shit is pretty much gone, although it's not much to remind myself that I'm just getting testy because of something I'm on.

Rest day today. Not that this is a bad side effect per se, but I'm having a hard time finishing in bed. Last night took me over an hour, and I could finish at all this morning or this afternoon.... body fat getting taken again tomorrow morning, will post updates

Slept like absolute shit last night. It's getting worse day by day, but still no night sweats. Pinning with a 25g this morning to see if I can tell a difference from 23g

You can try to go to ED, or EOD pins with the Tren, It helped some people with sides I've read. Should help keep blood more stable as well. I have a hard time eating enough as well, but another brother (won't mention his name) turned me on to adding salads to my diet to stretch the stomach. Obviously, I can't say for sure that is what helped, but my intake did increase. Eat slower and try to drink some of your cals. Add EVOO to your shakes, peanut butter and eggs. This will up your cals as well. Not sure I seen your goals for carbs, protein and cals?

I've been doing eod with the tren so far. If I see more sides by the end of this week I'll probably switch it to ED. But I like the convenience of pinning it with the sust, so if it's just a little insomnia I'll stay the course. Cals: 3350 carbs: 285 protein: 300. IDK about the whole salad thing, it's an interesting thought though
 
UPDATE: the 25g is a negligible difference from 23g at best. Pinned right quad. Just takes fucking forever to get the oil into the muscle. I'll stick with 23g from here on out.
 
Down to 12% and up to 255lbs. Going to increase calories by 500 and bump carbs to 315. Protein will stay at 300. Fats at 127g. Losing too fast, and I really want to let the tren do its thing. Cardio definitely more difficult today and I'm sweating like a whore in church. Shit should start getting real pretty quick.

Mentality was totally different in the gym... the tren is definitely starting to kick in. I felt unstoppable. Everything just felt light. Mentally I just felt like a beast, like I wanted to run through a wall almost hahaha. Just incredibly aggressive, I didn't know when to stop, just kept going. Unbelievable pumps also. Hopefully I can sleep tonight though!
 
Been pretty tired all day today as well... weird because once I start doing something that requires energy or strength it's all there, but as soon as I'm done, I'm tired and just want to take a nap. Checked BP to see if it was elevated but it's 125/82... I'm going to chalk it up to sleeping like shit the past two nights. Sleep doesn't equal REM sleep, and I've only been sleeping about an hour at a time

I'm six five and 248. Doing the exact same cycle except I have Masteron, my tren is at 700 in the mix to and my cycle has been much longer than yours. Say goodbye to good sleep for awhile and check you anger. That is the hardest part for me. Good luck bro! Oh and about the GH I am on my 16th week and I cant tell if it does anything.

Hell yeah man!! I want to throw masteron in the mix during my summer/fall cycle, I figured it would be a waste above 10% starting body fat. I've heard awesome things. Btw I'm running sust at 600mg/wk, not sure if you saw that or not but I forgot to include it in the original post [emoji16] Are you running a log on your cycle? Would love to see the progress

I have some pictures and my cycle started about 12 weeks or so ago with EQ and Deca rather than Tren. Then I added the tren 3 weeks ago and masteron at the same time. Honestly masteron does make a difference even at higher body fat. It really does. I know what the guys say. It just hasn't been my experience. Mast and Tren are my fav two of any cycle. I'll put together something showing my progress with pictures. My whole deal started in January and had significantly more fat at that time after the holidays. I've been cutting since then and mixing with the compounds. But the end is the Tren, Mast,Var, HGH, Test combo. Right now aggression is high vascularity is happening, and my lifts keep going up without gaining much weight which is the tren and var.
