What's up guys, new member here (my intro is in the new member section if you want to know more about me!) and this will be my cycle log. I am currently in the fifth week of my cycle (well, monday starts week 5, today is friday).
current stats are:
Height: 6'4
Weight: 250
Body fat: 14%
nutrition:
Calories: 3350
Carbs: 285
Protein: 300
Goal: Add quality muscle mass/strength while getting closer to 12%, perhaps 10%.
My weight has hovered between 250-253 through the whole cycle so far depending on how much water I'm holding when I wake up, but fat losses and strength gains have been very noticeable. Forgot to mention that I am an athlete. I will not specify which sport for my own sake. I wasn't going to log this at all but I don't see many logs out from athletes. I feel like it could be beneficial for some to see, as I have not seen many logs by athletes. If you have any advice, I will gladly accept it and take it into consideration. I still learn new things all the time, and I have been a lurker for years. With all that said, here is my plan and what I have completed so far.
1-2 anavar (biotech) 50mg ed
3-8 anavar (biotech) 100mg ed
1-20 hgh (sandoz omnitrope) 4iu ed split into 2 doses
4-12 tren a (superior anabolic) 300mg/wk (1cc pinned m/w/f with sust)
8-18 hcg (compounded at pharmacy locally) 2000iu/wk (500iu eod)
14-16 nolva 40mg/ed (100mg day 1)
16-18 nolva 20mg/ed
caber on hand
adex on hand
I saw some minor strength gains through the first three weeks as well as some increased vascularity but nothing to write home about. Since the var has been at 100, I have really noticed some great effects. I really noticed the test beginning to hit me this week. Lifts all went up 10-15 pounds and I'm pushing more reps with that weight. All I have noticed from the tren so far (only three pins in) is increased sweating and maybe(?) a little extra vascularity. I think that might just be in my head though. The sust is very smooth to inject and the tren has been smooth so far also. Besides today... accidentally put weight on my quad after pinning when I hadn't taken the pin all the way out. shit fucking hurts! Till next time
