Carrier oil makes no difference in efficacy of the hormone.
Day 16 is nothing. Give it more time.
Also, for future reference, when you claim something isn't working for you, it's useful to other members to list specifics such as what other hormones youre using, doses, training goals, diet, etc.
It's easy to think that if your goal is fat loss and you're still eating in surplus and training nonchalantly, that you're tren is no good.
There is no magic hormone, tren included. Often you get out what u put in effort wise. Not saying this is your case, but I see it all the time here.
