First ever cycle

hello guys
I am new to the bodybuilding world; I have been lifting weights for a while but always in a very amateur fashion; never putting too much effort on it.
8 months ago I decided it was time to change my lifestyle so got a personal trainer at the gym and started training and dieting; I have lost 10 kg or 22 lb in those 8 months with just training, supplements and diet.
I found myself stuck; for like 3 months I have not been able to lose more weight (I want to get ripped, not big) and even I can lift more weight and train harder than ever my body fat % is still about 24% and I still have a fat torso; my problem has always been fat deposits in the chest and belly; when I was fatter it looked like I had man boobs and now they have improved but still don't look the way I'd like, I will post some pics later
So I decided to approach my coach; he won the state bodybuilding contest for veterans two years ago so he has some experience; he suggested the following 8 weeks cycle:
100 mg - test prop EOD
100 mg - boldenone EOD
Clenbuterol at the end of the cycle

As of today I have had 7 injections in total; I have noticed an increase in the weight I can lift and my endurance is a little better but I haven't noticed any visual improvements; as mentioned before I don't want to lift tons and get big; I just want to get lean and ripped and get rid of this annoying fat in the torso and chest, so my questions are:
1.- what do you think of my gear and doses??? I have read many use larger doses and are also beginners
2.- how soon can one expect to see visual improvements with prop and boldenone???
3.- do you have pain / tenderness in the muscle for the next couple of days after injecting??? My buttocks and thighs have been hurting constantly on the area of the injection, not unbearable but still a nuisance; I think it is normal due to the oil beneath the muscle, right???

Also, just as general information, I measured my testosterone total levels after one week or barely 3 injections and the result was 4.69 ng/mL; which are normal or average according to what I have read; should I expect to see higher levels after a month or two????

Im not going to give you advice on your cycle.. you may not like my feedback in that regard.

Post your full STATS and diet. There is something wrong there.

Weigh loss below 10% becomes a challange IMO!

At 24% you should lose a pound or two a week easily!

Do you count calories and macros?

What form of cardio do you do?, how often? , at what time of day? and what duration?

If any of the above is not dialled in no amount of juice will make you lose weight. Juice dont eat fat.

Calories in, calories out. You either need to eat less or burn more calories or both.

You can get away with no or low cardio but you will not get away with a poor diet.

Get to know your body and how it responds to food and cardio before you frost the cake with roids.

You are still figuring out how many eggs with the flower and already applying the frosting and expecting a nice cake.

An apology; 24% was my initial fat% in august when I started training; last week I was measured again and it is 20% now; I am 5ft 7' and weight 167.5 pounds
I train 4 days a week; usually series of 2 exercises 15 reps each and alternate with 2 minutes of cardio between each set; in total 4 sets and then another 4 sets of another 2 muscles and at the end I do 25 minutes of moderate cardio I keep my hr between 140 and 150 bpm to max the fat burn
I try to follow diet; Monday to Friday lots of tuna; chicken breast; eggs and green salad and keep the carbs low
I think my problems was that I also used to drink a lot; about 3 day a week used to get totally wasted with rum; and I really mean wasted; since I started using the roids I stopped drinking alcohol so I have been alcohol clean for 2 full weeks now :)
 
Try this..

40min incline treadmill fasted first thing every morning heart rate around 145. Only black coffee with no sugar or water with lemon juice before workout.

Get on a proper diet and count your calories. There are plenty good cutting diets all over the forum. Ensure you keep protein high and total calories are at a deficit! Dont skip a meal and dont cheat.

Cut all simple sugars from your diet.

Drink plenty of water

Get your calorie count right!

Figure out your maintenance calories for your height and weight and eat below that no matter what

And you WILL lose fat!

No secret to fat loss only dedication, hardwork and self control

I would suggest this cycle when your diet and training is dialed in and bf is way lower.

Otherwise you will end up where you were before the cycle and its not worth the risk and a waste of money.

Roids for cutting help to preserve muscle when eating at a deficit and helps hardening up. Its not a fat loss drug.
 
But EQ must be ran at much higher dosages for at least 16 weeks. And this is also not a recommended first cycle. EQ makes me fucking hungry all the time so will be extremely hard to eat at a deficit.

A first cycle should look like this:

14 weeks Test E or Cyp 250mg Monday and 250mg Thursday
HCG 500iu twice a week
AI when needed
PCT Nolva and Clomid 2 weeks after last shot

Its normal to feel sore in the injection spot if your not use to injecting. Its a virgin muscle. Use a heatpad, it will help.

You shouldnt have started juicing until you had a couple years of training under your belt. 167lb and 20% bodyfat isnt a good starting point for juice. How old are you?

You need to focus on diet and cardio if your goal is to lose weight. I would do 20 minutes of HIIT on the tredmill everyday and focus on a healthy diet.
 
But EQ must be ran at much higher dosages for at least 16 weeks. And this is also not a recommended first cycle. EQ makes me fucking hungry all the time so will be extremely hard to eat at a deficit.
Yeah; so I have read this about EQ; there are lots of conflicting information; while some say that with doses of 300 mg a week you can see benefits some say that you must use as much as 1 g a week to experience the full potential of EQ; I will ask my coach about increasing the EQ dose.
I have also started to feel the increased appetite; my coach gave me a diet which is very high in protein (chicken breast; tuna fish; protein shakes) and I can train harder after a couple of weeks of prop / EQ shots; yesterday I was able to complete 4 sets of 15 reps lifting 100 kg in the peck deck and it was like a piece of cake

Hello; thanks for the input; I have read that test prop is the test ester which has minimum side effects and the least water retention and that for that reason it was better for newbies, the only down being the high number of injections needed due to the short life of the prop ester. I am interested in the HCG since I don't want my balls to shrink or become atrophied; I will ask my coach about adding this to my cycle.
Well; since I already started with the juice I intend to bring this to an end as planned; I will take your suggestions into account to improve my cycle; so far I have not had any problems with sore or puffy nipples so no AI yet; no hair loss but oily skin and little acne; so I guess I am doing fine
I am 33 by the way ;)

For a new steroid user less injections are better. You should be running HCG from the start and you should have an AI on hand just incase. Now you know for future cycles.

I have investigated and apparently HCG is easy to get in my country in any drugstore as well as the AI so I can get them the same day if any problem; my coach tells me that we will delay the use of AI until the last weeks if possible as long as no gyno or other bad side effects appear because a certain level of estrogen is beneficial for the cycle.
I have no problem with the many injections needed; I have had worst before so pain is an old fren
what kind of cycle do you follow???

Only use AI if needed. You might not need it by the end of your cycle. But I would buy it and keep it at your house so you know you have it, instead of having to run to buy it when you need it.

Wrong dipshit. Step one is figuring out your diet/training and working your ass off till you hit your genetic limit. Step two is research and learning about the seriousness that is injecting foreign compounds into your body.

I know now that you guys were right; I had very little information about AAS and it was mainly negative, you know the usual you will die of heart attack, your dick will shrink, you will get bitch tits, etc. I thought AAS was a quick shortcut to a hot body, after the support and guide of the guys here I know better now, I realize Nutrition is the most important portion of building a nice body so I started checking macros and protein intake; it's a lifestyle for what I see, the AAS path
