He faces 2 separate charges
1)"The charge of conspiracy to traffic in counterfeit drugs provides a sentence of no greater than five years in prison, three years of supervised release, a fine of $250,000 or twice the gross gain/loss, whichever is greater."
2)"The charge of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances provides a sentence of no greater than 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, a fine of $500,000 or twice the gross gain or loss, whichever is greater"

1) Previous criminal record
2) How much he can afford to spend on legal representation
Sadly, as we all know, the worst thing you can be under these circumstances is poor with no connections to high priced attorneys.
Our system is so fucked up, that a wealthy individual can rape, torture, and then murder another human being and as long as he can afford the best attorneys he will spend less time incarcerated than a kid selling crack on an inner city street corner who is represented by public attorneys.

There is no way to prove in a court of law that what is actually in Bostin's needles are steroids. It could be olive oil. (obviously it is roids but the onus is on the prosecutor, and since that compound is long since gone into that guys body, theres no way to prove anything)
I mean I was once in jail with a guy at Christmas time that broke the window out of a bank to still the fake presents from under the fake Christmas tree because he thought they where real they need to make him a this fucker cellies

Yes there are state and federal laws against the sale of fake drugs. If you intentionally and knowingly sell fake drugs they can also tack on fraud charges. If anything you do crosses state lines they can also charge you federally for the interstate commerce.

Absolutely. I like the idea that someone on roids is making videos and giving advice and showing what works and whats a bad idea etc. Unfortunately its idiots like tony huge and bostin loyd doing it, and not experienced level headed members of the BB/PL/SM community. which means theyre heavily influenced.
