Onyx Pharma Bust

Here in Cali, they've got guys serving 4 and 5 yrs on the 10 and doing it all in County jail.
Unless it's violent you aren't going up. If you've never been to County like CDC or Sacrameto you may not be able to grasp what it has to be like to sit in a shit hole like that counting off 48 months 1 after another.
San Bernardino (CDC) and Sac County have a contract with the Feds to house Federal inmates. That entire area, the jail included, is a cesspool. The cops are thugs just looking for an excuse to fuck you up. Never seen anything like it.
I hear that my last little ran they gave me 2 years in the county with all the AB 109 shit no program spent most of months in a cell 23 hours a day got lucky tho my celly was a homeboy from the street

Lmfao I have this fuckin idiot on Snapchat been following him for a long time on Instagram. He was showing off his fridge last week with a bunch of Pharmacy HGH and he loaded up a syringe with some Tren and Test
I actually messaged him on snapchat a couple months ago joking around and he sent me a picture of a email address overseas
Buddy is a scam artist

The dumbest part about this is he's been to jail before and risked going back.

Sk8man, unfortunately the system almost encourages (hell, requires) many of our citizens who have served real time to turn to criminal activities in order to make it, once they are back out in society.

Not that this applies to this Onyx idiot, he is a different kind of cat. And not this applies to all folks coming back out. But - in my humble opinion - we really stack the deck against fellas trying to get back out in the world.

That said, there are certainly friends of mine and solid members here with a more informed opinion who have, and are, living that life.

Been there done that. Try getting a job hell try getting an apartment with a drug charge on your record. Everything under your girlfriends name and can't even get married because you want to keep your connection hidden. Can't even get into a decent college. Bro trust me I've been there, pushed so far back against a corner you don't have a choice but to sell drugs and do all types of shit you don't want to do. Our criminal justice system doesn't rehabilitate you it only makes you worse and more desperate when you get out. Even years down the line that shit affects everything you do and hope to do. I don't wish that shit upon anybody that doesn't deserve it, that being said musclehead320 definitely got what he had coming. He didn't help anybody all he did was scam people and steal their money. He wasn't good to anybody but himself.

County jails make people want to sign plea bargains/plead guilty just to get to prison.

It always amazes me when people advertise wares through social media like FB, IG, reddit or anything thats more personally involved. Even forums are risky but a hell of a lot safer than those outlets

The fact that people respond to those ads worry me more. There must be something in the water that's dumbing everyone down.

But please - if anyone here has some spare cash, please PM me for a great deal on frozen cubes of 100% pure Alaskan spring water.

Yes, sir. It's 85%. However, for the last 15 years or so(may be even longer), the feds have a residential drug and alcohol program(DAP) that many offenders are eligible to take that reduces the sentence they are serving by as much as 1yr as well as making them eligible for 6 months of halfway house time. The halfway house time they have coming but taking the DAP program gives that individual priority over an inmate who hasn't taken the program. Federal Halfway houses and the beds inside them are in high demand. This is another money making racket that could be the subject of another thread at another time.
A soon to be convicted felon in the federal system can have their attorney ask the sentencing judge to recommend the residential drug program for their client. The convict need only say that he or she was under the influence of drugs and or alcohol at some point before or during the time they committed the offense they are going to be incarcerated for.
During the pre-sentencing investigation the defendant will be interviewed by the US Probation dept. The individual whether or not he has a substance abuse issue or not, and if they desire to be released from prison a year earlier than they would if they decide to say they don't have an issue, should declare they used alcohol and or drugs during the time they committed the offense they will be incarcerated for.
There are very few things that will disqualify an individual. The one that is the most often an issue is if a firearm was involved in the offense in some way.
The DAP program is a source of a lot of stress and discussion among inmates at every federal facility that houses or holds federal inmates. Guys can be observed discussing and calculating release dates which depend on when they become eligible to start the program. Again, a new thread could be started to discuss this part of the nightmare.
I have stories surrounding my time as a federal inmate that are gut busting hilarious(to myself and others involved, anyway.) to instances that had me more terrified than at any other time in my life. Feelings of utter helplessness and times of sadness I can recall at times today that I have a hard time shaking.
I also discovered things about myself I wouldn't have had I not found myself where I did. I know I can get through anything this life can throw at me. I'm stronger than I thought I ever could be. I also found some things out about myself that I don't know what to with outside the walls of prison.
Inside the confines of prison life, I'm what I would have called another person with the same feelings and beliefs I hold before being incarcerated,I'm prejudiced or racist. I find myself, for lack of a better word, EMBRACING the politics that are part of prison life.
Federal Prisons in the state of CA. are subject to the same politics as State Prisons. The same is not true for Federal Prisons back East, for example. That's not to say that there are no politics, they just aren't as all encompassing. There are reasons that again could be part of another thread.
I get caught up in different thoughts and feelings I haven't experienced in some time talking about these things. The system is broken. I hate it.
You know what you're talking about. I lived all that 18 years ago. The Feds would look at this guy as low hanging fruit, no? I don't know anything about him other than what I've read here the last couple of days. But I guarantee he is already cooperating and you can expect more heads to roll.

I don't know how labs don't see a trend. How do all major busts happen?

Reditt, MG, FB... need I say more

As for people who buy from those sources who market like that you are 100% correct. Im going to say the majority of those clients are the young ones who, for the most part, shouldn't be doing juice anyways

His penalty(ies) will come down to two factors.

1) Previous criminal record
2) How much he can afford to spend on legal representation

Sadly, as we all know, the worst thing you can be under these circumstances is poor with no connections to high priced attorneys.

Our system is so fucked up, that a wealthy individual can rape, torture, and then murder another human being and as long as he can afford the best attorneys he will spend less time incarcerated than a kid selling crack on an inner city street corner who is represented by public attorneys.

Just sayin'...
That also happens all over the world. Indonesian Red Bull heir ran over a cop and dragged him home to his death in his Ferrari. Has not spent 1 day in jail. Paid off the cop's family. Sorry for the ot's. Moral of this thread: don't be a stupid douchebag selling gear.
