Run HGH daily or 5 on and 2 off?

It just makes more sense to me to run it 7 days

As mentioned above, there are very few reasons why one should not run it every day. Although intracellular pathways can become desensitized to continued GH stimulus, this is really only going to be a potential concern for those running multiple GH doses per day...

6 ius is really the highest I've ever been. I will be running that. I'm ready as ever.

I have a friend he has interviewed lots of bb on his talk show. I use to do every day 6 iu's until i started to have issues. he taught me this method of every other day and split doses morning and after i work out. this will help to not get diabetes from prolonged use,
he also told me if your lucky enough do micro dosing through out the day with micro doing insulin. Im not sure how true it all is but I have had less issues splitting it up and doing it eod. i might try doing the micro dosing one day. and ive never touched insulin but hell i might stuff just scares me. what do you think of the method @mands

I'm sorry to be argumentative but this simply isn't true.

If your goals are to build lean tissue then you are going to want to create an environment where systemic IGF-1 is suppressed and autocrine IGF-1 is maximized. "Pulsing" your GH and insulin is arguably the best way to do this, so I tend to agree - just not with the EOD dosing aspects of what you've outlined.

I don't believe the statement is accurate about diabetes.

My thoughts on pulsing or one shot is pretty simple. It seems that one shot at a higher dose around 5-6 iu's will raise IGF-1 levels quicker and higher than splitting that dose 2-3 times a day. How much? Most likely not significantly enough for you to notice. Maybe a slight difference.

I do believe if you are getting into the 10-15 iu range these should be pulsed.

I just saw your response on this. I think for the most part we are in agreeance.

Yep, this is spot on...higher bolus leads to significantly higher systemic IGF-1 levels than smaller and more frequent injections.

I was successfully able to keep my systemic IGF-1 levels nearly identical despite doubling my daily dose from 2IUs to 4IUs by using this principle (2IUs AM/PM). And keeping systemic IGF-1 levels suppressed can be extremely beneficial, particularly when dieting.
