During cycle

im on cycle but hade a little problem my house burn down, now I can't eat as much as I whant, so will my body eat up my muscle or just eat up the fat, for those who think "just go buy food " well don't have work these days and have a family , so they pass first, and don't whant to end my cycle ,my cycle end in six weeks and can restart eating as much as I whant in four weeks. Thanks for the info
 
Sell your gear and buy your kids some food and underwear bro. Sorry about your house. The gym will always be there...unless it burns down too.y kids and wife have food it's just I can't eat as much as I should on cycle
 
I alway eat a lot and more as I can but now have to eat lot less so I just whant to know if I will loose muscle or fat on cycle
 
And this is a important question to me so fuck those who whant to fuck around, ok just whant real answers , if you guyes think I just dont whant to eat or take CAr of my famille go fuck your selfs....
 
Damn man, I'm sorry to hear that. Honestly the most important thing on and off cycle is nutrition, so you'll have to be the judge of whether you can afford the proper nutrition for cycling.

Suggestions maybe would be to change up where you shop. Don't know if they have a smart n final or even Vallarta in your area, but you can get dirt cheap meat at Vallarta. Comes with tendons and shit, but if your struggling, your can get by. If you gotta eat cheap, just buy some burgers off the dollar menu when u need some protein while out and eat the meat out of them. Drop any and all useless supps.

But biggest thing is just take care of your fam. No cycle is worth some of the negatives that could arise IMO. Good luck man

If not why continue? just like life do the best you can with what you have eat as much decent food as you can afford now dollar menu whatever just make it as healthy as you can. You can continue to make gains as long as your killing the gym still may just gain a bit of extra fat with the extra cals

Man I hit the gym 6 day a week and it's a life helping thing to me,and can't imagine stoping working out I'm 5'8" 250 pounds and I'm a model for my kids , thanks for your help, been a long time since I was here but always looked at this forum like a family. Starter here and will end here. Thanks for you support

your body is going to utilize whatever is more efficient for energy. theres no way any of us could know. I would think you'd really have to be starving for your body to start breaking down muscle. if money is tight youre probably better off eating calorie dense foods, theyll probably have higher fats though. might be like a dirty bulk but atleast you can pack on the muscle and then cut after. start downing those mcdonalds double cheeseburgers lol
