Need cycle advice

For context: I am 28 years old, 175cm, 95kg, around 17-20% bodyfat (hard to tell with loose skin around belly) training for 3-4 years.

I have already ran a 20 week cycle of test e in the past and saw decent results (not amazing), which would’ve been even better if I had locked in on my diet and training.

Now I am very consistent to the gym and started my second cycle with test e 500mg/wk, tren A 20mg/ED, anavar 30mg split into two, HCG 750mg/wk and Retatrutide for appetite .

I am lean everywhere except my belly and love handles! I am eating around 1800 kcal(too difficult with reta).

Goals: lower body fat to 9-10% for lean abs physique and smaller waist and broad shoulders.

Any advice would be helpful.

Lower your carbs and fats.
Tren Ace 350 a week.
Test Prop 175 a week.
Up your cardio.
Sauna 2x a week.

If it's only excess skin around your belly, I am afriad you can't do much about it than to get the excess surgically removed.

Thank you for your reply. I am loosing 1-2Kg every week. Which means my stack and effort is working. I am on 20mg/ED tren A. Having fight with my girlfriend everyday for no reasons and also having short fuse. I believe 10mg/wk is suitable for me and also having a libido roller coaster. One day high another day nothing.

Definifely just stick to the plan. If that is your experience there is no need for more tren. Plan is working and you’re already having some trouble in the compound. You can also add Yohimbine, and caffeine. Those are some less risky fat burn/ stims that can make a difference for energy etc. hGH is also helpful.

Just try to be cognizant of your emotions and see if you can realize when it is getting bad and then check yourself. If your libido is an issue you may want to discuss it openly if you and your girlfriend are able to because if you let it get out of hand (the short fuse OR libido) it can damage a good relationship for sure.
