Hi, I am new. Read through lots of the forums before deciding to join. Everyone here seems to know their stuff. Legit.
I started bodybuilding 2009. I was 230lbs at somewhere over 25%bf. First time I got down to 167 lbs at 10%bf. Each year ive been learning more about Dieting and training. I do a big cut every year. This last year I was 185lbs at 5%bf. I was feeling like I maxed myself out... Squats 405x2, deadlift 495x1, bench 325x1. Been stalled... So... I decided to try a cycle. I am 1 week in and looking forward to the support that is offered on this site. I am hungry to learn.
