Yeah that's what I'm going to do as soon as I have some time I'm going to the nutrition sec and do some looking and learning to see BC my diet is a disaster at the moment I'll work on it while I strtibg over with the iron. It's a lot easier to just go and lift than it is to be disciplined with the diet imo. I was asking earlier about any supp to aid in weight loss while starting over I shld have been more specific that it didn't have to be any steroid. I was referring to anything that cld be otc, just didn't know if it would be a waste to get any of the so called otc fat burners while starting out to just start things? Main thing is I want to be in a good place before I try to run any gear to get the most benefit out of it, or at least that's the way I understand a starter cycle works from my reading.
