I'm considering starting a cycle, and well... what I've come to the idea of is going on a test/anabol cycle and would like to know if this would be a good first cycle to go on and what sort of time scales and dosages that are recommended?
I'm not training to get huge, I'm a fighter. Just need some muscle definition, strength and size hopefully. But I train to kick butt predominantly.
Any advice would be appreciated
