Winstrol. .. pre workout or split doses?

I want some opinions on winstrol... I've run it once before, but as a pre workout at 50mg an hour or so before the gym... this time I'm running it at split doses 25 mg am, and 25 mg an hour before the gym...
Is there any real benifit to splitting the doses or am I better off just hitting 50 mg pre workout...
 
Depends on the half life in my opinion. Dbol has a short half life so it's damn near impossible to keep stable peak levels. So I take my dbol all preworout.

Oral winstrol has a short half life compared to it's injectable version.

If you are running the oral version, I'd take all pre-workout. Being that you have tried that already maybe this go around split the dose up.

Then you can make an assessment of which protocol works best for you.

I normally 50mg winstrol tab pre workout because the tabs I use don't split well.

I've done split dose as well with the Pharma grade azolol.

Conclusion felt no different really to me but everyone is different.

I don't see how anyone can split dose injectable winni, that shit hurts like hell lol!
 
Can you explain this a bit more truck? Why is it better for an all day effect?
Run winny the usual 90 minutes preworkout then figure for yourself which is better.
Its not much of a performance enhancer. But does a hell of a job for cosmetic purposes.
Anadrol and Dbol would clearly fit in the other category. Not much of a benefit to running them throughout the day other than further anabolism. Anadrol especially. That is a get up and go anabolic.
 
Thanks fellas... sounds like general concensus is pretty workout... I had good results that way... I'll stick with it
