Have found out that grapefruit and garlic are good for lowering it or keeping it normal etc any one else got any tips? Or food that does the same thing? I blast and cruise and just want to stay healthy with out having to give blood etc. :)

I have never heard of such a thing. Perhaps an iron poor diet.
Honestly it's true grapefruits can lower it not much but it can have a affect for sure just like keeping your self hydrated also can control it etc

I think the hydration factor is huge.
Poor circ tells the body its not getting enough o2.
Responds by making even more rbc

It's only a specific grapefruit and the active ingredient can interfere with all kinds of medication including AI.

Bloodwork to check your levels and donating blood before RBC gets too high...I'm a champion of prevention here and not waiting till it's so high you can't even donate.

I don't believe there's a short cut or even an alternative to the above method.

Yer I was reading up and it says any thing like caffeine or a diuretic will make it worse so drinking tons of water would be good
