What's up gang! I am going to do a personal review of Genetec with logs of my training and will post bi-weekly PRs with charts on week/lbs and the line will represent the lift/push. I paid for all my products and am doing this mostly for myself so I can write my progress and to be honest it is motivating for anyone to write about what is going on in whatever interests you, to grow emotionally and become a strong focused beast. I was approached by a rep and had a good discussion with him, straight forward communication both ways and 2 days later made my first order of 5x test e and a PCT 1x Nolva. I was skeptical first but I had the source checked by a friend and then came to this board and asked if the email of the rep was legit and it was so I'm happy with this! Since I have not cycled in a while I will go for a simple cycle to see how my body reacts. So this will be my cycle 500mg test e for 12 weeks followed by PCT. I will also get my blood work done.
So a little bit about me, I have been in martial arts for 10 years and had to stop for a knee injury a while back. Since then I started lifting 7 years ago and developed a passion for strongman. I currently am competing in CASAA in the less than 180 lbs. And when I am off season I do power lifting meets and competitions.
My stats are 5'4", 175 lbs and haven't cycled in 2+ years.
3 Max right now are:
Dead lift 425 lbs
Squat 390 lbs
Bench (with a pause) 235
In strongman maxes are:
Farmers walk for 100 feet: 210 lbs per hand in 16 seconds
Frame carry for 100 feet: 400 lbs in 14 seconds
Log press: 170 lbs
Atlas stone drop on 56" step: 210 lbs
Circus dumbbell: 100 lbs
Hussafel stone for distance: 200 lbs for 247 feet
Super Yoke carry 100 feet: 450 lbs in 18 seconds
