Hey guys new member here. I've worked out off and on for most of my life and done a few cycles here and there but never really knew what I was doing. I would take whatever I could get my hands on and off I went. I joined here to educate myself on gear, the proper way to use them, and possibly meal plan ideas. I'm 41 yrs, 5'9", 190lbs. My goal is to get up to a lean 225lbs.

Reading through some the threads I have a lot of questions. I've seen several acronyms I didn't recognize. So I may ask a lot of questions. You guys are on a whole other level than anything I've been exposed to but I'll get there. Thanks again guys.
