hey I'm 22 years old training from 15 78kg 188cm I think it's time to run some gear looking for bulk but not to add to much bf I'm on 12% bf
Also eating 4000-5000 calories a day from the last month and also plan to go on this calories on cycle and on pct
So my cycle will be
Test sust (500mg/week) 1-10
Dbol (30mg@day) 1-4
Anavar (30mg@day) 8-11
Proviron(25mg@day)1-10
Ai(dosage as and if needed)
Supplements
Protein
Creatine
Fish oils
Multivitamins
So I know the var is a little low but this var is very legit and overdosed my friend who is 95kg 3% bf when he try it he find it perfect in that dosage.
So I'm starting Monday will keep a log and I'll be happy to hear your advices and your support
