That phone conversation is probably a better insight into his character than the image he puts out for the sake of business.
Pressure or stress is a great way to get an idea of someones character and how they react under stress says a lot.
I get what you're saying though. It's 2017 and with how rampant being a pussy is in this society, on some level I agree this probably had more to do with extreme insecurity than his racist tendencies.

Minorities cannot be racist. They can be prejudiced or bigoted, but not racist. We live in a setting, in a country where white people benefit from white privilege. The system was constructed hundreds of years ago to oppress those of particular races, basically anyone not of European Anglo descent. Slavery gave way to jim crow where all blacks were simply incarcerated so that enslaving them was still legal, and civil rights movements gave way to imprisoned and assassinated black leaders. White leaders have funneled narcotics into ghettos to fund operations since the Iran contra scandals and used drug laws that favor massive sentencing for minority preferred drugs to pack the prisons with black men and women so that they can work for ten cents an hour for whole foods, McDonald's, Verizon, etc.... a nice little mass incarceration slavery scheme that has more enslaved African Americans than the height of slavery 300 years ago.
Police patrol minority neighborhoods with a shoot first mentality that saw a jan 7 2017 total killings by police number higher than any other developed nation in the world the entire previous year. The ones that were targeted and not killed were funnled into a judicial system that incarcerates blacks at a rate almost ten times that of whites for identical crimes....

I don't care if you were born rich or poor... if you were born white in the USA you had fat more opportunity than a black kid born in the south side of chicago... you learned about white people in school, watched white people on tv, probably didn't have parents in prison so you thought you could do everything and anything you wanted to.... and you were right.
Blacks do not have this experience. They do not have these opportunities, and even if they did have them they are born into almost guaranteed poverty and starvation that necessitates crime and schooling systems that don't expect them to finish.

The fact is that the system is racist - put into place to exploit the loophole of the 13th amendment that allows slavery of criminals. After the south fell they simple arrested all the freed slaves and pit them to work rebuilding the south... and that racist system still exists today with the only difference that it is much larger. Within a racist system built to target blacks, a black person could only comply with the inherent racism by hating and targeting himself - a hatred of the white system or people is simply an absence of Stockholm syndrome... a natural reaction we all would have to being enslaved, murdered and raped for hundreds of years.

Okay. So I can't comment on the system being racist cause there are a lot of numbers that go into that but you mentioned about where black grow up compared to whites. This is false!
I have a black friend that grew up on the streets in Providence and was homeless at 14! Sold weed to make money so he could eat. He came my state to visit his grandmother and we became best friends. He stayed and is now a cop with a wife and kids. You are who you are.
I also know guys who are your typical rich white kids growing up and serving time for dealing drugs and commiting some seriously violent crimes.
It's not skin color it's culture. Remember that. If culture hones in on skin color then you can see why blacks have a higher rate of this or that. I'm called cracker and snow flake almost everyday. I never say the word nigger even jokingly but I'm the racist cause I'm white?
