Hey all,

I am 32yrs, about 5'11 @ 185lbs. Been lifting on and off (due to injuries) for about 15 yrs now, more seriously within the last 6-7. After humming and hawing about it, i had finally made the decision to run my first cycle in 2012 i believe: straight dbol and test E only + pct on my buddy's advice and reading up on it on various forums. Made some incredible gains for what i was used to, obviously lol so after about a year or so i ran the same cycle but with EQ added and i seemed to have retained a fair bit more mass after that cycle. It has now been a few years since then and although i have been making some progress in the gym, i feel as though i've plateaued and i just honestly miss the feeling of being on cycle (not quite sure how to describe it). I am looking to get back in it, and will be reading a good lot of you guys' post to get re-acquainted with the scene. i'm here to learn, and am hoping to get to know most of you in the process. Please feel free to drop me a tip or two..

So that's me in a nutshell, just remember to eat clen, tren hard, and...yadayadayada lol have a good one guys :D

Hey buddy! Welcome.

I know the Meso community might seem cold at times, but there's some great ppl here.

Stay strong.. you seem like a good guy. Nice to meet you!

Hey, buddy, looks like you forgot to log back on to your primary account...

But congratulations on being the first person I've seen here actually welcome themselves to Meso.

Welcome bro. Careful with the injuries. Its a cumulative effect that takes the wind out of your sails. Lift smart and if you are one who has a passion for iron you can enjoy it for many years.
Injuries are what take us down. Its not a mattet of people getting lazy, they get hurt and can't lift anymore.

Very true sir. It was tough to get through them as they were back related. But i do believe i have recovered before getting back to my original intensity. Definitely no point in exacerbating an injury that hasn't fully healed by hitting it before its time; lifting smart is exactly right. Anyway thanks for the welcome, appreciate it!
