Interestingly enough i couldn't find single thread on meso pertaining to diet styles. A discussion we were having on another thread is what peaked my interest to see what style of diet do some of you prefer. We got people here that swear by paleo and others that swear by keto and others that follow simple macronutrient based diets. Personally i believe any effective diet is one where macronutrients are the focal point. But there are others like a friend of mine kade vu who follows a keto diet and has maintained an incredible physique and is strong as all hell. You can check him out on youtube, he's the guy that challenged hulk to squat.
