Supplement for shoulder joint pain

6 weeks in. Shoulder isn't terrible. I'd say it's maybe 10-15% better. I'm still able to decline press with dumbells with minimal pain but can't flat bench yet. Oh and I'm taking my collagen with juice as soon as I walk outta bed. Then 30 min later I take my protein

Have had same issues for several years. Careful man or you'll be looking at a torn labrum like me...

Orange Triad and 3g of fish oil help, but found the cortisone shot and a shit ton of stretches to be the best thing vice surgery.

Before and after workout stretch in sauna and most specifically something that I lean forward on and apply pinpoint pressure to the spot where the tendon meets the shoulder.

Yours might not be exact issue as mine, but seems to be.

Get that area relaxed... Its constantly inflamed and contracted to the max.

My .02 cents

I'm glad u posted. I just had the wifey setup an appt with my sports doc orthopedic surgeon. He said before surgery to try the shots. Got an appt fri. Thx for the 2 cents bud. He told me what it is, I'll write it down after the visit. Inflammation of this tiny joint he said we don't even need. The surgery would be the removal of it lol. Seems weird.

Ok so it's not June 6. I've been taking that entire stack for over a month now. It did seem like there was minor relief but nothing like other people have
Been touting, oh take this take this it will fix it 100%. Bullshit. I think there was some minor effects though but all that comes to a stop as soon as I try to press again. I did decline bench with 65 and 75 lb dumbells which is Nothing for me. There was slight pain and the next day I could barely move my shoulder pain free. Went to my doc, he said it's ac joint arthropathy. I got my cortisone shot today and he said it should be great now, if not he can do surgery. I'll report back.

I am by no means a doctor, but I do have a strong Kinesiology background and have had 3 shoulder surgeries in my life so I do know a bit about it.

The shoulder is easily the most complex joint in your body. The sheer amount of axis it moves on is incredible, and unfortunately makes it extremely easy to hurt.

With your specific injury, it all depends on what the doc found in your CT scan. First, if the tendon/ligament is torn, the only way to actually repair it is surgery. It won't grow back together by itself. Most doctors will recommend PT first, but all that really does is strengthen the muscles around it to relieve some of the pressure, and therefore pain. Depending on the ligament or tendon will change the difficulty of the surgery and recovery. Rotator cuff isn't horrible, either is a bicep tendon tear. But very rarely is it simply a tear of only one. Most times you will be looking at something like a SLAP tear to the glenoid labrum (which fucking sucks by the way) along with a fray to the bicep tendon.

Now, if it is simply inflamed, that's good news. It can be treated with antiinflammatories, but the only thing that will really heal it is rest. The biggest problem with the injections is that while they help in the short term, the stuff they use (normally cortisone or toridol) actually deteriorates the tendon/ligament in the long term.

I would offer caution to removing anything. Remember, everything in your body is there for a reason, and completely removing something will always have consequences, even if they are relatively small.

Sorry for the long-winded response, this is just kinda right in my wheelhouse.

My dumbass wrote that before reading your last post:(.

Be careful with surgery for that. Sometimes they consist of removing a small amount of bone or the joint itself and allowing scar tissue to form, giving the AC joint more room. It definitely works, but could cause complications down the road.

Good luck buddy!

Good stuff man. I appreciate it. And will take that into consideration

Let me help you find one and I'll PM you. I know first hand it works, and it isn't just a temporary fix.
Ya that would be awesome man. I just started gh at 2ius a day and I'm planning on going to 4 later on. Not sure if that will help any but so far the cortisone shot is helping.

That's going to help for sure. HGH does wonders for recovery/healing. The price tag and 3x a day injection is what puts me off.

Ya I hear ya lol. I have 6 months of kits and ready to dive in. Guess I won't see anything til about 2-3 months though. But I'm ready

My back and left shoulder were bad from years in the masonry trade I started running deca and npp along with test and I'm all healed up

Ya I'll have to try deca, maybe my next blast idk. I'm lovin tren atm tho. What about when ur cycle is over, is the shoulder still good or only good while in deca

I'm on Deca but I have shoulder pain, too. It's a biceps tendonitis... deca doesn't helps here.

I whish you the best man!

Another tren side, been there did that. I knew i would see peeps recomend deca., hgh. You dont want to hear this, going to have to give it a break. Time off may help, surgery may too. I would take a break first, keep weight light starting back up.

Time off does do wonders, it can be as vital as the time we put into the gym. I like most am stubborn and enjoy the escape from the world while I'm crushing my body into oblivion. Take some laps in the pool, I run a rehabilitation program for my work and it's one of my go to's for injuries.
