Shoulder Surgery's/Road to Recovery

I have done on 2017*
I had the same shoulder done in 2018 would the bicep tendon repair at the same time,so this is a "re-repair"and why they had to use mesh implant kinda like a spacer because the tendon was so retracted 4 1/2 cm retracted so it's considered a massive tear , pretty crazy you could see it on the surgical photos

I feel you, the worst thing about that is the bigger you are you get more damage and scratching in the surgery to do it, I was my biggest back then and totally fucked up in the surgery

Yeah, my days of trying to be big are long gone I got what I got now it's just have to maintain it. I'm already getting more lean. I can tell by my veins are just popping out everywhere and scale weight is dropped a bit, but that's to be expected

[Update] ,
Everything seems to have smoothed out pain wise, I have just been using my cryo- cuff, ice machine and doing that three or four or five times a day sometimes I'm taking some extra strength Tylenol twice a day and of course, my peptide protocol doing intramuscular injections in the traps and around the shoulder area near the injury repair, 10 days postop and things are moving in the right direction I feel.

Hope your recovery goes smooth man, I’m honestly scared to get an mri done on my shoulder , been having issues for the last year , I don’t have any issues with lateral raises or upright rows but wide grip pulldowns , incline db curls and most pressing movements cause pain. Ive just been doing flys instead of presses and slamming bpc/tb500 and gh in the hopes that it will just go away or atleast not get worse.

I wish I would've known a long time ago that I had these rotator cuff tears , because training and pain and I'm talking the wrong Kind of pain is not fun. There's no amount of BPC or growth hormone that's gonna repair rupture tendon.
