Rotator cuff injury

I think I may have damaged my rotator cuff on one of my shoulders.

Im bummed cause I will need to stop working out my chest, shoulders and arms while it heals.

Besides only working out legs and abs, what other weight training exercises can I do to help maintain my muscle mass?
 
Used BPC157/TB4 morning and night for a week, saw physical therapist who helped with stretches and mobility exercises and im about 90% better. Still some slight pain but got my mobility back. Should be back to 100% by end of week. I was doing HIT shoulder and chest when i fked it up last week.
