Shoulder Surgery's/Road to Recovery

we actually have no idea and you shouldn't focus too much on half life besides one daily injection

the important thing is just going off feels.

and in tb-4 which is the 2 hour half life you quote is because tb-4 breaks down so fast to smaller metabolites it basically dosent survive. these are human trials you quoted the time from and the half life is 2 hours with 1260mg. yes you read right 1260mg. and 0.95hours for 42mg xd and its injected IV

we actually have no idea about the important metabolites half life.

the good thing it was tolerated at these high dosages !

a good example of this is the rahman 2024 study

the parent molecule only survived 2 hours, while other molecules survived 6 hours and 72 hours. although we didnt get data from the important one which showed healing. hopefully in the future
Copy that, thanks for the info buddy

Well, I'm on week seven and still no professional physical therapy in sight ( combination of holidays. I'm sure putting it back.) , so I have resorted to my own physical therapy exercises , very common exercises that I found on YouTube for post rotator cuff surgery, still no pain really to speak of, but I've taken it very easy, currently taking @6 mg Bpc157 and @3 mg of Tb frag daily . I come out of the sling for most of the day trying to transition out of it completely but they still want you to sleep with it, etc.. Just taking it slow and low. I don't wanna rush and re-tear it.

Good for you!
After my rotator reattachments on my first shoulder surgury the Dr sent me to a therapist. On my second visit the therapist said i didn't need to see him any more as i was already doing what i needed with exercise and stretches.
After my shoulder replacement they just gave me a sheet with exercises and stretches and told me i would not need a therapist as i would do my own therapy. As i was motivated.
I find therapist are mostly there to motivate people as they want to wait to feel good before they do anything. And then they never recover.
It was the same for my spine surgury. The ortho said i would not need a therapist and i didn't in any of those situations.
