i like high volume more. recovery is bullshit for me. i just grow if i lift hard the more i do the more my muscles grow. i also grow on low volume but i just dont burn enough calories and grow as much as i can.
when you realize you need to deload on low volume vs high volume, high volume just makes sense to me. you will end up injuring yourself very quickly getting strong with high frequency training especially on aas. just my 2 bucks.
famous guys that did low volume still trained muscles once a week like mike mentzer and dorian yates.
