Shoulder Surgery's/Road to Recovery

I have done on 2017*
I had the same shoulder done in 2018 would the bicep tendon repair at the same time,so this is a "re-repair"and why they had to use mesh implant kinda like a spacer because the tendon was so retracted 4 1/2 cm retracted so it's considered a massive tear , pretty crazy you could see it on the surgical photos

I feel you, the worst thing about that is the bigger you are you get more damage and scratching in the surgery to do it, I was my biggest back then and totally fucked up in the surgery

Yeah, my days of trying to be big are long gone I got what I got now it's just have to maintain it. I'm already getting more lean. I can tell by my veins are just popping out everywhere and scale weight is dropped a bit, but that's to be expected

[Update] ,
Everything seems to have smoothed out pain wise, I have just been using my cryo- cuff, ice machine and doing that three or four or five times a day sometimes I'm taking some extra strength Tylenol twice a day and of course, my peptide protocol doing intramuscular injections in the traps and around the shoulder area near the injury repair, 10 days postop and things are moving in the right direction I feel.

Hope your recovery goes smooth man, I’m honestly scared to get an mri done on my shoulder , been having issues for the last year , I don’t have any issues with lateral raises or upright rows but wide grip pulldowns , incline db curls and most pressing movements cause pain. Ive just been doing flys instead of presses and slamming bpc/tb500 and gh in the hopes that it will just go away or atleast not get worse.

I wish I would've known a long time ago that I had these rotator cuff tears , because training and pain and I'm talking the wrong Kind of pain is not fun. There's no amount of BPC or growth hormone that's gonna repair rupture tendon.

3 weeks post op and everything is going smoothly , little to no pain, three more weeks and I get the sling off and start physical therapy. That's when I believe the pain and soreness will come back for obvious reasons.
I will maintain my current peptide stack until four weeks then I will switch to 3 mg of BPC 157 and 1 mg of TB 500 frag daily, eventually discontinuing, the Tb500 frag to assess and reevaluate.

Hey buddy idk if you know this or not but bpc/tb half life is like 2 hours. So spacing that 10mg a day into like 5 separate 2mg injections might be more beneficial

I do SPACE them all out morning, noon and night on my dosing protocol , I think it's been stated previously in my log, but thank you for the advice

i couldn't get myself to inject my arm 5 times in day, but happy to hear how it works out for you with the shoulder.

longer exposure should beat one big large bolus

exposure time with minimum mg dosing > drug peaks when it comes to bpc/tb.

maybe we can hack one of those devices that pumps insulin in people when their bloodsugar gets high and make it spit out bpc/tb every 2-4hours or find something similar on alibaba/aliexpress

you can usually do a manual bolus via an app
i havn't found a cheap pump tho (not that i have any use for it)

Its only 3 injections, i use the same syringe for both peptides, and just pin all over the place , of shoulder , in the traps tie in etc, i do subq and im injections ,

Current protocol is 6 mg of each Bpc157/Tb frag , with the plan to drop the Tb frag down to 3 mg per day holding the Bpc157 at 6 mg per day. Im not sure of the planned drop , likely at 6 weeks post op.

Rest easy man, my left was done years ago from a rear labrum tear, and rotator cuff separation. At the time I thought my right was in the same condition. I put it off, and now years later it's getting to the point where ignoring it isn't working.

Best wishes in a full rapid recovery.
