Cut Time - Team Stacking Plates W/ ChestRockwell

Like my favorite way and what works for me and many other females is the gh and thyroid meds timing right before a fasting cardio session. Then timing your food and other drugs if you are relying on gh for its fat loss but preservation of lean mass properties.

As you said, GH is so versatile and simply how you dose it and time it can significantly impact the signalling pathways it activates, and conversely the metabolic response to the compound.
 
Yeah i like you and the info you give. But WTF is the point of a cycle log when NOTHING is going to be shared?
If 'puss is just doing it for accountability or what ever then so be it. Prolly could of just continued on with his last log

But if hes using a program(meadows) that is paid and he cannot share, hes using a coach that is paid he will not share. If the top secret nutritional and drug protocol is the secret sauce behind this paid program again he will not share. What the hell is the point behind all this?

Whats to say nothing gets shared with nobody. Even the noobs that come here for basic info? Nah, pay me dog. THEN ill tell you how to do your first cycle.

Ha, hahaha. I don't even know what to say besides literally laugh.... Please, spend all that free time I'm sure you have, and find one post of mine - ever - that even implies that I would be so morally bankrupt.... Seriously, I'd love to see it. Not once have I ever colluded with a source or coach in a "let's jerk each other off for mutual profit/gain" sort of way, nor will I ever... your assumption/accusation is based solely on your delusional mind that all people must be conspiring against you/us...No shocked based on your avatar.

I could care less whether you work a side hustle or not. There's a difference between shilling for a source and shilling for a "legitimate" coach. I have no issues with the latter I'm just pointing out a possibility of this useless log. Essentially you're giving us little information on actual diet and training while working with a member that works as a paid coach...

Also, I find it amusing that you're qualifying the quality of this log, when I believe there has literally been one post going over any details regarding training, diet, drugs etc.... Ha, I haven't even had enough time/text to truly provide any useful information. All I've been forced to do is justify this thread as a whole.

If you'd care you're more than welcome to look through my post history and I'm sure, percentage wise, it holds just about as much useless nonsense as yours. I post useful information when, and where, I can and seek the same from others.

What I find amusing is all I've done here is point out information that may not be clear to some members that dont understand the ropes. I never once took a shot at your personal integrity and you automatically jump to childish insults towards me.

I'm more interested in the diet and training regime for this cut rather than the other shit anyways. The anabolics are going to what they do, even at the lower than usual dosage for WP, and maintain as much mass as possible. The DIET is going to be key here. Let's not kid ourselves here. What percentage of the outcome are these "secrets" REALLY going to play? Maybe 3-5%? An extra couple pounds in body fat reduction?

I know @ChestRockwell likes running T4. I personally always thought it was worthless but I'd be interested to hear some of his thoughts on its uses.

Cue controversy.
 
Chest seems very knowledgable, I've followed plenty of his posts. He's a paid coach, that's one way he enjoys to earn income. I know damn well I wouldn't expose valuable info if it made me money. Experience takes a long time to gather, if I can buy it and get within hours, so be it.

Censored version: I ate, trained and slept.

So, now that we got the necessary warning out of the way, I wanted to give a little update as to how things are going.

I'm happy with the visible fat loss and skin tightening I've seen over the last week. Dropping the GH as well as the aromatizing drugs certainly has played a role in this, also, I imagine, the addition T3/T4.

The fasted cardio isn't pleasant, and I'm trying to knock it out in the AM... I had to do it post workout the other day, and I really DON'T enjoy doing that... I have to take away a pre workour meal, and my intra workout, to make it "fasted"... Which, as I'm sure you can imagine, blows.

I am looking flat as hell, not really sure WHY.... I look good at the gym and during a lift, but when I wake up, fuck... I look all kinds of flat...

Weight is slowly dropping, actually, quickly dropping. I'm down about 6 pounds... Must've been water weight.

I actually FEEL good, which is rare for a cut. I'm used to feeling poisoned and lethargic, only really having energy at the gym.

Anyway, a week in, so it's hard to actually judge TOO much... However, it's safe to say things are heading down a good path.

Regarding the comment when you wake up and the difference you get post workout. I get the same way. I am so disappointed during the day with the "flat look". Then I workout and get that ill pump and I still wish I am bigger but it def is better looking then in the AM.

Also what is interesting is the odd dysmorphia part of working out. I was 1/2 the size 2 yrs ago but even being 2 x's the size I was then, I still am not where I want to be or happy with the way I look. While people I see are saying......ahh you too big, how'd yo get os big, blah blah blah. But I am not big, not even close. Rant end.
