What going on meso.

Got another question for all of the seasoned vets men and women.

A woman that has never had a six pack and is currently working out with cardio and lifting weights can or can not gain a six pack?

Is it true that of you have never had a six pack that you can never get one?

I believe that if you are currently working on losing weight that you will trim down.

Then switching your diet and workout routine to a more aggressive BB routine that you can gain a six pack.

If y'all are curious it was just a question me and the wife have had that goes back and forth.lol

I think it is possible for anyone to get a six pack.

She thinks that if you never had one that it could only happen through cosmetic procedures.

Open to everyones feedback and or experience.:)

This thread cracked me up.

You really only need one thing to get a six pack: a good diet. Some people need a stricter diet than others but that's pretty much it..

Lifting weights and doing cardio are ideal to reach said goals quicker.

Drugs can help create an even more ideal environment for goals to be reached, but only when the first three points have been addressed correctly.

Debate over.

Yeah it's just abut uncovering the muscles everyone has. if you weren't born with abdominal muscles then you would never have a Sixpack.

Does that apply to women that have had children? And being natural without PED's.
Both questions already answered. See bold above ^

If you don't have abs, you need to lose some more fat.

I don't have abs and I don't want them.

The six pack is the natural shape of the muscle.. Not something you create.
Look at most 12 year old boys and girls that are thin ...they all have six packs. Everyone has them, they're just covered up with fat and underdeveloped.
Has, you can make them thicker and more pronounced through weight training, but all you really need to do is cut bodyfat, and they'll be there.
Genetically you may or may not have "six"... Some people only have 4, some have 8....and some have none, like Boyer Coe... The natural shape of your muscle is genetically determined.

I didnt train abs often on the theory that "abs are made in the kitchen". I dieted down but i had to train the abs regularly to have them visible. I stayed the same bf% and trained abs 2 to 3 times a week and after a couple months they were visible. I just didnt have the mucle mass there. Dont get me wrong diet is the biggest part of having abs. But some people may have to build them up a bit.

Absolutely not. It may not be 6, some have 4-10 of different shapes.

Abs are just like any other muscle. Idk why there's so much bro science confusion surrounding them. Losing fat will make them more visible, but you have to have/gain muscle there also for there to be any sort of definition.

Diet.... a six pack on a skinny person is like rolls on a fat person.

I've always heard "abs on a skinny dude is like big tits on a fat girl"(just a given/minimum, not a bonus) lol :)

I don't think walking from the fridge to the dish washer counts as cardio. Also I'm pretty sure carrying a plate with a sammich on it doesn't count as lifting.

In all seriousness, it all comes down to diet and some form of an training.
