This is a general question to anybody who has used his membership or programs. If you have bought any of his programs, which would you recommend? Does the monthly membership give you much?

I'm just looking for ways to improve or change my routines. Also looking at ideas and concepts at for altering my diet.

You get a month free if you purchase a program IIRC. The content you get from the membership is pretty good, particularly the case studies on some of his competitors and what he had them eating are interesting.

Definitely get a program over the membership first though. I would recommend Onslaught.

Thanks brother, I just bought onslaught. I'm really looking forward to running a detailed program.

I'm loving this program right now. It is a nice addition of variety to my routine. Plus the format is perfect. Very detailed, easy to follow. Plus the links to his YouTube videos of him doing the exercise is useful and convenient.

What is the best JM program to follow long term as far a layout ? Im running the gauntlet now and I feel like it neglects certain body parts. I upped my calories because of all the volume, I was feeling really flat. I do feel like this routine is focused on back and my arms and shoulders are lagging. I'm concidering modifiying this routine to get more focus on arms and shoulders.

Sentinel is great. It has a phase that's heavily leg focused, one phase that's back focused, and one phase that's chest and delt focused
