High cardio on cycle

I'm running test prop 150 eod and 50 mg of winstrol and I'm just entering week 3 with very little fat loss about a pound a week and now I'm thinking of just doing heavy amounts of cardio and hold off on the weight lifting due to how slow and awful my metabolism is , would this be a good idea ? Thanks
 
No. The combination of the two is the way to go. I lost over 70lbs in my late 30's with both, a good diet, and no AAS. You're 21? Work harder.
 
I would have cycled at 21. I did my first at 25, then stopped and did a bunch of drugs for a decade.

Should you stop? Idk...what's your goals? Just to lose weight?
 
My goals to drop to 170-175 because although I'm 5'8 206 I'm not just a blob of fat I have decent muscle on me so I want to melt the fat then from there bulk clean slowly back up to 200. I want this bad
 
Stop the AAS and lose the weight. You will lose muscle.

Sounds like you're motivated. You didn't gain the weight in a couple weeks, so be patient (I think you were told this before, to be patient).

You're 5'8"....Thank God I'm NOT. Lol

Some say 15% BF is a good starting point, I don't. Everyone's goals are different. Just wait until you get to a weight you're comfortable with.
